Aquadom

Natural History Museum

Home to the world’s biggest dinosaur skeleton, the Natural History Museum is the largest of its kind in Germany. It also features an impressively well-preserved Archaeopteryx, the world's earliest known bird. It also hosts an extensive mineral collection and a spectacular exhibit on the solar system.

Christmas Markets

Incredibly, Berlin offers up more than 60 Christmas markets over the festive season. It may be a modern metropolis and the culture-packed capital of Germany, but it still makes space for a sparkling season of traditional celebrations. Perfect for families to spend some festive time together.

Berlin Zoo

Spend the day with the 18,000+ animals that reside at Germany’s oldest zoo. See polar bears, pygmy hippos and Europe's largest aviary. The zoo’s aquarium, which can be visited separately, contains sharks and piranhas. Enter through the magnificent Elephant Gate to start your safari.

Berlin Wall Memorial

The Berlin Wall Memorial extends 1.4 km along the former border on Bernauer Strasse, when the city was divided in 1961. It's the last unadorned stretch of the wall to contain the original border fortifications, and there's also a fascinating museum that explores the city's tragic division.
