How do I book airport parking?
Pre-book your airport parking here.
I am being dropped off/picked up at the airport. Is there a drop off point?
There's a free drop-off and pick-up area, which you can use for up to ten minutes. This is approximately a five to ten minute walk from the terminal. There's also a premium drop-off and pick-up area, which is right outside the terminal. Please note, this isn't free.
How can I arrange a taxi to/from the airport?

Which terminal will my flight depart from? Which hall do I use to check-in?
There's only one terminal at Birmingham Airport. And you’ll find our check-in desks in zone A, south terminal.
Check-In
What time will the check-in desk open?
The check-in desk will open 3 hours before departure. If you have hold baggage to check in, why not use our handy bag-drop kiosks? Find out more about these here.
Is there a separate queue for online check-in?
No. We ask all customers with luggage to drop off to join one queue for all our destinations' check-in.
What time will the check-in desk close?
The check-in desk will close strictly 40 minutes before departure.
I’ve already checked in online, how do I drop my bags off?
If you’ve already checked in online, you can use our self-service bag drop kiosk. Find out more about this here. Or, if you have the latest version of the Jet2 app, you can use Jet2 app Bag Drop.
To use Jet2 app Bag Drop, just use your phone camera to scan the QR code on the screen at the kiosk.
Then, follow the instructions on the app.
Finally, tag and drop your bags – it’s as easy as that!

Does the airport offer Twilight Check-in®?

Can I get discounted parking while using Twilight Check-in®?
Yes, the airport gives the option of parking in the premium set down car park for the reduced rate of £5 for the first 60 minutes or £6 per 15 minutes thereafter. You’ll need to show your baggage receipt to the NCP customer service cabin at the car park so your ticket can then be validated.
Assisted Travel
Which company will provide me with Assisted Travel?
Both Birmingham Airport and Wilson James provide Assisted Travel.
Does the airport offer a meet and greet service (is someone able to meet me in the car park with Assisted Travel)?

Where do I go if I have booked Assisted Travel? Where does my Assisted Travel begin?
Assisted Travel points are located in each car park. Alternatively, the Assisted Travel team are located on the ground floor between the arrivals area and check-in zone B. Customers can book assistance before or after check-in, depending on their needs. If you're staying at one of the on-site hotels, please inform the hotel staff who can arrange for you to be collected from your hotel.

At The Airport
Can I purchase a fast track ticket through security?
Yes, it's best to pre-book online to guarantee your ticket. Please note there's no express lane access in security in zone A. All customers with an express lane ticket will need to use the security entrance at zones B-C only.
What are the opening times for the Customer Help Desk?
The customer help desk is generally open between 03:00-22:00 during March through October, and 06:00-19:00 between November and February.
Is there an airport lounge available? If so, how do I make a booking?

Travelling with hand luggage only?
If you're checked in online, you can go straight to security and into the departure lounge. If you need to check-in then please go to the check-in desks 14-28.
Can I purchase a hotel at the airport?

Can I pay with cash at the airport?
To make our service as efficient as possible, we only accept card and contactless payments at our UK airport customer help desks and onboard all our flights. We accept Apple Pay and Google Pay, but you'll also need to bring your physical bank card to use chip and PIN when spending over £45.
