You should proceed to the Assisted Travel help desk which is at the front of the terminal building, between Check-in Zones D and E. It is staffed 24 hours a day.

Can I purchase a fast track ticket through security?
Yes. This can be purchased from the London Stansted Airport website or from the FastTrack Customer Help Desk located at the entrance to Security.
Is there an airport lounge available? If so, how do I make a booking?
There is an Escape Lounge at London Stansted Airport. You can pre-book your tickets from the London Stansted Airport website.
What are the opening times for the Customer Help Desk?
The Customer Help Desk is open from approximately 02:00 and closes at 22:00.

If travelling with hand baggage only and if you are in possession of your boarding card, you may proceed straight to security (unless your boarding card indicates otherwise). We advise that you arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your flight to allow enough time.

Up to and including 5 November 2024, some of our flights will operate at Terminal 1 (T1), while others will continue to operate at Terminal 2 (T2). Please check our handy table here, to see which terminal each of our destinations will operate at.
From 6 November 2024, all of our flights will depart from and arrive at Terminal 2 (T2).

Yes – for customers traveling from Terminal 2 (T2), you can park free of charge for 1 hour in the T2 West multistorey car park. Our team will validate your car park token once you've dropped your bags off.
For customers travelling from Terminal 1 (T1) between 20 March 2024 and 5 November 2024, you can park free of charge for 1 hour in the Terminal 3 (T3) Arrivals multistorey car park, which is located opposite T1 Ground Level Check-in. Our team will validate your car park token once you've dropped your bags off.
