Free Child Place Terms

Availability - Free Child Places are subject to availability and are only applicable on selected accommodation / departure dates / departure points / room types and board basis. Free Child Places may be added or withdrawn at any time prior to booking and the latest availability will be shown prior to booking.
Price and charges - The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
Other passengers required on booking - one Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
Child Age - The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
Deposit - The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking.
Cancellation - If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 above.
Changing your holiday - If you change your holiday then, in addition to the terms set out in clause 5 of our Terms and Conditions, you will be obliged to pay the new price of the new holiday (less any deposit) and the amendment fees per person in place at that time if you change from:
a holiday with Free Child Place availability to one without Free Child Place availability; or
a holiday with no Free Child Place availability to one with Free Child Place availability. However, if you change from a holiday with no Free Child Place availability to a holiday with Free Child Place availability, this shall be treated as a cancellation, the terms set out in clause 5 of our Terms and Conditions will apply and you will be obliged to pay the new holiday price, including a new deposit, together with the relevant cancellation fees for the original booking. Your original deposit shall not be refunded.
Where we change your holiday – no compensation is provided for Free Child Places.
Free Child Places cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated.

Jet2holidays Welcome Home / Bookers Survey Prize Draw

This prize draw is promoted by Jet2holidays Limited (registered number: 04472486) whose registered office is at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford Airport, Yeadon, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS19 7TU ("Jet2holidays" or "we"). By entering the prize draw, you are deemed to accept these terms:

The winners will be randomly selected through a computer generated process.
The winners of this prize draw will be notified by email within 5 working days after the closing time for the prize draw. We will try our best to contact the winners during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received.
Jet2holidays shall not be responsible for and shall not have to accept entries which do not reach it before the closing date or are illegible, incomplete or corrupted. You must have a valid email address to claim this prize.
For transparency we will generally publish the surname and county of prize winners online. However, if you are a winner and you object to us doing this then please let us know when claiming your prize.
The prize is subject to Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. In the event of any discrepancies these prize draw terms and conditions shall take precedence.
Please note, prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to offer an alternative property/destination at anytime, to the equivalent prize value.
Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for administrative reasons without prior notice. Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions. The prize duration may not be extended and the hotel may not be changed by the winner. Any additional passengers booked will be charged at normal rates for flights and accommodation.
All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements.

General:

Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy).
Jet2holidays may in its absolute discretion change these terms and conditions or extend the prize draw without notice at any time. Jet2holidays may cancel the prize draw without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that makes it necessary to do so.
Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or the prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.
If any person enters or attempts to enter the prize draw in a manner which Jet2holidays determines (acting reasonably): (a) is contrary to these terms; (b) by its nature is inconsistent with the spirit of the prize draw; and/or (c) is unjust to other participants, then such person may be disqualified from the prize draw at Jet2holidays' sole discretion and may be required to return any prizes already awarded (if applicable). This may include without limitation participation by professional competitors, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, cheating, hacking, deception or any other actions which disadvantage (or are intended to disadvantage) other participants and/or Jet2holidays. Furthermore, where Jet2holidays determines that such actions have impaired the prize draw, Jet2holidays may, at its sole discretion take such steps as it deems reasonable to resolve any problems arising from such actions, including:

a. repeating or adding further stages to the prize draw; or

b. in the event of disqualification, awarding the prize to another entry drawn at random.

These terms are subject to English Law and by entering this prize draw you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Additional Terms and Conditions

1. Entrants to a prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees and officers of Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited and Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. An entrant may only enter the prize draw once.

2. This prize draw is for customers only who have received an invitation via email and/or via our Jet2 app. To enter this prize draw you will receive an invite to complete a Welcome Home or Bookers survey via email and/or via our Jet2 app. You will need to click the link in this email invite or within the Jet2 app and complete the survey to be entered into the prize draw within the dates detailed below.

3. If you do not want to be entered into the prize draw, you can let us know by emailing us at surveyprizes@jet2.com.

4. There will be one lucky winner of this prize draw.

5. The winners will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days of having been notified. If a winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified, we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received.

The Prize: There is one prize draw. This prize draw opens at 00.01am on 03 March 2025 and closes at 11.59pm on 02 June 2025.  

The winner randomly drawn will win:

(a) (a) A 7-night holiday for 2 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years). Winner and guests will be sharing a Family room and accommodation will be on an All-Inclusive basis at the Barcelo Punta Umbria Beach Resort, Punta Umbria, Costa De La Luz West. This prize includes return flights from all our UK bases to Faro and 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person. The prize also includes overseas transfers, both to and from the airport of arrival and the hotel. 

(b) (b) This prize must be booked by 20/06/2025 and travel completed between 03/06/2025 – 17/07/2025, 28/07/2025 - 11/08/2025, 03/09/2025 - 06/10/2025, 02/05/2026 - 21/05/2026, 01/06/2026 - 17/07/2026, 27/07/2026 - 10/08/2026, 01/09/2026 - 05/10/2026. Dates are subject to availability and any pre-existing travel restrictions / further blackout dates in place at the time of booking confirmation. 

(c) Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board/accommodation supplements are included in the prize and these must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking for all the travelling party. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.

(d) If the prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited and Jet2holidays reserves the right to award a prize to another randomly selected entry.

The Prize: There is one prize draw. This prize draw opens at 00.01am on 03 March 2025 and closes at 11.59pm on 02 September 2025. 

The winner randomly drawn will win:

(a) (a) A 3-night holiday for 2 adults (who both must be aged 18 or over at the date of departure). Winner and guest will be sharing Double Deluxe room and accommodation will be on a Room only basis at Salles Malaga Centro, Malaga, Malaga City. This prize includes return flights from all our UK bases to Malaga, AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person. The prize does not include overseas transfers, both to and from the airport of arrival and the hotel.  

(b) (b)       This prize must be booked by 20/09/2025 and travel completed between: 03/09/2005 – 16/10/2025, 04/11/2025 – 17/12/2025. Dates are subject to availability and any pre-existing travel restrictions / further blackout dates in place at the time of booking confirmation.  

(d) If the prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited and Jet2holidays reserves the right to award a prize to another randomly selected entry.

When entering the Prize Draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays).

To enable us to use entries as widely as possible entrants agree that any intellectual property rights in their entries (and any accompanying material) will belong to us and entrants waive any rights they have in relation to their entry and any accompanying material. At our request entrants must sign any documents to assign the rights to us. Entrants also agree that we may decide at our discretion how their submitted material may be used from time to time (which may include entrants’ photo where they have submitted one).

Jet2holidays may in its absolute discretion change these terms and conditions or extend the prize draw without notice at any time. Jet2holidays may cancel a prize draw without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control.

Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.

If any person enters or attempts to enter the prize draw in a manner which Jet2holidays determines is: (a) contrary to these terms; (b) by its nature is inconsistent with the spirit of the prize draw; and/or (c) unjust to other participants, then such person may be disqualified from the prize draw at Jet2holidays' sole discretion and may be required to return any prizes already awarded. This may include without limitation participation by professional competitors, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, cheating, hacking, deception or any other actions which disadvantage (or are intended to disadvantage) other participants and/or Jet2holidays. Where Jet2holidays determines that any actions have impaired the prize draw, Jet2holidays may, at its sole discretion take such steps as it deems reasonable to resolve any problems arising from such actions, including:

a)repeating or adding further stages to the prize draw; or

b) in the event of disqualification, awarding the prize to a/other runner(s) up, another entry drawn at random or the next entry with the highest number of votes (as applicable).
