Soller, Majorca
Our rating
Based on 17 reviews
Located in Soller’s main town, this pretty plaza is the beating heart, filled with restaurants and cool cafés where you can pull up a chair, grab a bite to eat and watch the world go by. Don’t miss a ride on the vintage tram, which passes straight through the square.
Every Saturday, the town truly comes alive with its bustling weekly market. It’s a feast for the senses, with stalls overflowing with fresh produce, artisanal goods and tasty local delicacies like olives and cheese. This is authentic Majorca at its finest.
It’s a real paradise for hikers and bikers around these parts. A highlight is the GR221 long-distance path, known as the ‘"Dry Stone Route’," which passes through Soller on its way across the Tramuntana mountains. Along the way, you’re sure to encounter everything from olive groves to rugged mountainsides.
