When is the best time to go on a beach holiday?

We’ve got plenty of destinations that are perfect for beach holidays whatever the season. If you’re looking for a beach break in the winter months, the Canary Islands are ideal as they enjoy sunshine all year round. If you’re looking for early summer, the Costa Brava ticks all the boxes with its bounty of beaches.

What’s the best destination for a family beach holiday?

Lanzarote is a huge hit with families thanks to its shallow bays and accessible beach resorts. Crete’s a great option too, as it’s got plenty of fun-packed beach offerings, including lots of paddling spots for younger ones.  

Where to go for cheap beach holidays?

When it comes to affordable beach breaks, the Algarve’s always a winner. It’s home to some great beach resorts that won’t break the bank. If you’re looking for somewhere slightly closer to home, the Costa Blanca is an affordable old-school favourite with an average of two hours flying time.
