If you’re feeling flush, you can even hire a four-poster bed for the day. There’s a bunch of water sports to try if that’s your cup of tea, but people-watching is the main event around here.

There’s everything from classic Bulgarian to seafood, steak and Italian on the menu, plus most places make the most of the view with a sea-facing terrace. Then, either hit the casino or pop along to the amphitheatre for an open-air show or live music.
