Congratulations, you’re engaged! Now’s when the real fun starts – the wedding planning!

Once you’ve submitted our enquiry form, you should hear back from one of our experts within 1-2 days, where they’ll advise you on finding the location and wedding for you. You can then review your options and find your perfect match.

Here’s a handy guide to what wedding planning might look like once you’ve decided on your dreamy wedding location…

Straight after booking:

Read through your Wedding Confirmation pack and check all the details are correct
Speak with your dedicated co-ordinator to book your flights and accommodation
Check your passports are valid
Send save the dates to your wedding guests
Book travel insurance and wedding insurance

12 months to go:

Choose your wedding attire – the dress, the suits, the lot!
Plan your UK celebration, if needed
Send out the invites
Pull together a wedding gift list, if you’re having one
Plan your hen and stag dos with us – we’ve got a range of hugely popular destinations!

4-6 months to go:

Check you have your birth certificate to take abroad with you
Confirm your guest list
Confirm menus and dietary requirements for your guests
Confirm wedding décor and any special wedding extras

12-14 weeks to go:

Finalise any outstanding balance
Pre-book transport to the airport/airport parking/airport lounge

4 weeks to go:

Complete your legal documentation, if having a legal ceremony
Check in for your flight
Collate all handy travel documents and tickets
Start your packing – remember, you get an extra 22kg bag on top of your usual 22kg baggage allowance per person, and Guaranteed Cabin Luggage for those important items! So you can kick back and relax with your complimentary champagne when you’re onboard
