Based in the 17th century former Rector's Palace, the City Museum tells the story of Šibenik 's history through over 150,000 artefacts covering four periods; Prehistory, Antiquity, Late Antiquity and the Middle Ages. Items on display range from weapons to old photographs and ceramics. There are English translations throughout.
