Our Lady of Carmel Church

Our Lady of Carmel Church

The church of Our Lady of Carmel, which stands on a hill high above Vodice, comprises 14 chapels, each dedicated to one of the stations of the cross. There has been a church here for centuries, but destruction following war means that the structure here today is the work of modern Croatian architect Nikola Bašić.
