Walk or cycle into Mljet National Park to explore its two salt water lakes. Take a boat across the Large Lake (Veliko Jezero) to the small islet of Melita to visit the 12th century Benedictine monastery - now a restaurant - and enjoy year-round swimming in the calm warm waters of Small Lake (Malo Jezero).
