Hotel Esra Family Suites

Great holiday for kids and adults, loads of entertainment, food good, a supermarket opposite the hotel which was handy to have, sports bar down road which is called skybar was good to go to, staff excellent. Only down fall for me personally was bed abit hard for my liking 🤣 so got myself and airbed which helped 😉

We had a fantastic holiday here and all the staff were great, some were amazing and funny! Slides were good fun and the hotel was clean with lots of stuff close by! Pool games were great and some of the evening events! Lots of foods options and the waiters are very catering!

whilst the improvements on decor are good , still needs a food upgrade, luke warm , not much choice , choice of only 2 cocktails, would expect more from an all inclusive hotel , on another note the orange tiles around main pool could do with changing many people burnt there feet on these

Everyone who works at the Esra are always above and beyond helpful and so welcoming. We have stayed at this hotel over the last 10 years and they are like family to us, so lovely 🥰 Rooms have been refurbished and are a good size and comfortable, food is always lovely and always something for everyone to enjoy. Big thank you for making this another great holiday for us.

Esra is brill for a family holiday or a couple to go The people are so friendly It’s clean The family suites are gorgeous Food is awesome Day entertainment is good Overall a great place to go Not far away from the shops and the beach

Couldn't fault the hotel or staff love the place . Only problem was the holiday wasn't long enough. We will be going back again. You were made to feel welcome as doon as you entered the front door. The staff could not do enough for you.

Look beyound the shabbyness of the bedding and towels, and maybe an extra sweep and mop.The pool area needs attention ( drain covers with traffic cones on health and safety come to mind )The food is eatable most days keeping in mind it’s a 3/4 more like 2/3 star.

Before we arrived we had read others reviews .Where do i start The food is average but plenty on offer such as salad, pasta,chips a meat in a sauce such as sweet & sour chicken & rice . Breakfast is wet scrambled egg, cold beans, hot dog sausages, or wait in a que for a fresh omelette. My kids are fussy and embraced the all inclusive option they even tried new things and liked it .(We never let them pile plates high like some people did then waste loads )To get a sunbed you need to be up early to claim one . Water slides were open 3 times a day and not much of a wait to go on them all adults and kids having fun our boys loved them . (The lifeguard stands at the top blowing his whisle at goodness knows what )In the other pool were daytime activities such as dancing at the side of the pool ( never seen much else tbh as we stayed in the other pool ). No water polo anymore due to conflict between nationalities .my kids were gutted about this :( .... night entertainment is bingo at 60 tl for 6 tickets a bit slow going and kids mini disco .we found the rest of the entertainment repetitive .went to a night market and got more for my money bartering with GBP . A boat trip was also booked but done this by having a walk around and went to explore it only cost £36 for 5 of us lunch included and a chance to swim in the sea at 6 different stops . A fair is also nearby and perfect for kids age 10 + the rides were very cheap .

I am British, my husband is Turkish. We stayed here with our 7 year old daughter July/August 2018. We are frequent travellers to Turkey. This was our first time in this hotel. Food - Just AWFUL (Processed/recycled/poor quality) Room - Ok size, very hard mattress, doors constantly banging waking us up early in morning. WiFi - Only available in reception and only rarely. Staff - Friendly and hardworking Pools - Clean but overcrowded Guests - Lots of rude and intolerant people. 50/50 Turkish/British Entertainment - Mostly dance groups and quizzes. Kids - Kids club understaffed but lovely room and facilities. Mini disco every night. Location - 10 minute walk to beaches. Handy supermarket across road.

Perfect no frills family hotel. Family had a relaxing holiday. Children thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Great staff. Very respectful yet friendly. Hotel and rooms well maintained. Variety of English and Turkish food at meal times. Snacks available by the pool. Conveniently located, a ten minute walk to the waterfront. Supermarket opposite our hotel.

Stayed at Esra ladt July 2017 and was a complete washout said we would never visit again full of ignorant rude people last year and food was terrible, nothing for English, visited again in May 2018 and I can honestly say it was fab food was great atmosphere was fab much better than last year we went in Turkish holidays last year but this year went before they holiday and was fab
