Mutlu Apartments

Service ok, room was too small for us only had two single beds one very hard apparent sofa bed and very uncomfortable seat, didn’t use cooking facilities but they are very basic, pool area ok if you could get a sun bed

Friendly & helpful staff. I always stay here when traveling to Turkey. Suitable for couples or families they are all looked after while away These apartments are family run and there is always someone there if you need help

we have been going to mutlu apartments for 5 years ,we have had a great time .staff are all happy to help and are very friendly.beds and towels are changed frequently. ithink some people forget it is an apartment and not a hotel

Terrible room,mouldy,rusty taps,dirty toilet,not cleaned whilst we were there ,someone went in and left our door open whilst we were out ,paid for air conditioning £70 ,but waste of money as not in bedroom ? WiFi is terrible ,even near to reception(almost none existent) no clean towels provided ,had to buy own toilet rolls (they provided only 1 for 3 people) Moved hotel after 3 days as couldn’t cope any longer(at an extra cost to myself)

We stayed at the Mutlu apartments in September with my husband and daughter. We changed rooms three times before we unpacked due to the level of the first apartment and H&S of the second apartment. After we accepted the apartment we unpacked and notice it was dusty everywhere and black stuff in the bathroom near the shower behind the toilet. We used the towels to mop some of it up .We reported this and they island they would get someone out to check the room and the black stuff. They changed our towels. We reported it three times after a week the bathroom was bleached to remove the black stuff. The bedding and towels were only changed once after this. There was no signs that the rooms we brushes it dusted as there were things where the glasses were kept. The crockery and cutlery should be for four we had two cups and three glasses.

I love this hotel i have been going to altinkum for 17 years and its a great place mutlu is a lovely hotel the owners sons and daughter are lovely and helpful . Needs to bring back party night and entertainment

Stayed here for a week stopped self catering was basic air con was only in living quarters so had to leave it on all night for it to keep bedroom cool. Was ok as there only two of us if there was 2 more in room on bed settee they would have been cold. Can't comment on food there as we never ate there staff where lovely and friendly pool area wasn't that big but again we only stayed round pool once this wasn't nice as there was 6-8 children running round screaming all day while there parents just watched. All in all it did its job as a base

You get exactly what you pay for. Rooms were basic and the pool isn't small children friendly as it's actually quite deep. The location is ideal if you want to be right in the centre and near the beach. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We love Altinkum as it has plenty of restaurants, shops and shopping centre and a great beach and whilst this hotel is ideally situated I don't think we would return to the Mutlu specifically because of the air conditioning or lack of it as we couldn't sleep.

very rude and unhelpful night reception boy on arrival rooms dirty air-con not working but want £40/week for the privilege good service around pool from Tom he was very good with the kids. Gemma on reception very helpful

Great place staff are fabulous going back in Septembe the apartment were better than expected and disagree with some of the reviews I have read the reception staff were really helpful location was great
