Magic Robin Hood

Stayed in 2 of the cabins, total of 5 adults and 4 kids. Bedding never changed, cockroaches in one of the rooms, lamps broken in both rooms, housekeeping never left enough towels despite constant asking. They left the same sheets on borh cots despite one of the babies being sick in the cot, we strippes the cit and asked for clean ones, they just turned them over, had to keep going to Reception to request the new ones, in the end I just took them off the cleaners trolley!!! The day before we left we saw how they leave the cot mattresses outside the rooms on the floor (one in the mud) waiting for the blokes to puck them up for use in another room. One of the rooms was left empty foe the last two days as sick of complaining about cockroaches and damaged lights, also The hot tub on the chalet next to them was broken and kept starting making a huge rumbling noise every night. Food was okay, just ques to get it were ridiculous that by the time you got back to the table it was stone cold. Playpark and water park made the holiday as they were fab, bar service great, but be aware they give BIG servings of the alcohol 🤣🤣

Second time to Magic Robin Hood. Accommodation has been updated to a high standard pool areas always clean food hall plenty of selection. Reception staff very helpful and efficient. Was disappointed that we had to pay to see the show in the castle as 4 years ago we didn't as All Inclusive customers.

Don’t be missed lead by all inclusive cause its not, broken glass around table were children were playing, food choices awful, accommodating very poor for a 4 star, staff rude, Mike’s away from anywhere.

Great place for kids only down side was quite a way out from any where although there was a daily bus into Benidorm we found more often than not we had to get taxi's entertainment not the best very loud in one room

Loved every minute, plenty to keep us all entertained day and night, especially our 5 year old son. Staff were great good selection of food and cocktails were fab 😀. Would just love to go back next year. x

Myself and my partner went here for a family holiday with our two kids though jet2 holidays. We got the coach transfer to the hotel which was around an hour travel time. Check in to the hotel was pretty easy. Got all our bags taken to cabin on a golf buggy which was good. The information pack didn't really give much information about the hotels and facilities. The cabins was small with very thin walls so we could here everything outside. Also the toilets had a strong urine smell. Our air conditioning didn’t work for the first night so we didn’t get a sleep due to the heat. I did go and complain the next day and they did fix this right away. The cleaners do like to have a good root in your belongings!! I had 100 Euro stolen from a folder which was hidden in my clothes!! My own fault really for not getting the safe!! Complained to jet2 but nothing come of it!! The pools are good for kids! Plenty to do around the site. Food was ok. Buffet style meals. Nothing fantastic! Entertainment was poor at nights!! Most of it was all in Spanish or they just played videos off YouTube!! Drink selection was good at the bars. Overall it was ok! I wouldn’t recommend this place for children under 3.

We had excellent holiday ,at magic Robin hood start of June 19. All staff was very friendly an helpful .pool an slides an pool bars was great .plenty of choice non an alcoholic drinks (branded too) Accommodation was fine ,in Nottingham lodge! 2 adults ,2 kids( age 14 ,12 ) fridge restocked lager,pop an water every day. Cleaned every day too. Food was fine ,but odd time some food cause of been a little warmer !! Only thing I would say to make it better if more choice on kids meals . Would go again .jet 2 staff was great as always, flights an transfers too

Second time staying at this resort. Travelled with family this last year and had a fab holiday. My husband and l returned on our own this year and stayed in the lion heart lodges which are fab with whirlpool. Would not return without family as it is more for families with kids. Great location, close to the buzz of Benidorm or the quieter area of Albir. Found it to be a bit roudy this year, kids running about doing their own thing without parents. My husband and l were enjoying a foot spa and two kids actually came over and took fish from tanks and ran away laughing. Food was great, staff friendly, entertainment was poor.

Great for families with children of all ages! Plenty of things to do, plenty of options food and drink wise. All inclusive food is usually basic but food was lovely at this hotel and would recommend the pizza from the Italian restaurant there. Pools were great and great location.

This was our first stay at this resort with our 5 yr old daughter and it would not be the last. The only downside is that you will require taxis to travel to either Benidorm or Terra Mitica (though no longer worth visiting) and 10 euro should cover each way however the resort has all that you could need, very friendly staff, is very well maintained and there's plenty on site. The food was great and there was plenty of variety with burgers etc available at any stage. Our room is cleaned daily and the fridge restocked at all times. A great time had by all and the Robin Hood show on a Saturday which is included is well worth seeing.

We booked this holiday after family visiting the hotel the previous year. Of course after I booked it and then went on to reading the very mixed reviews. I began to feel nervous. Magic Robin Hood is a fantastic set-up with such variety when it comes facilities, food, drinks (premium inclusive), activities. Yes the reviews are right that If your lodge is located near the entertainment it can keep you up until midnight, but it depends if your a spoil sport or not.. I loved that people were laughing, merry and enjoying themselves. Fortunately, my 2 children were great sleepers anyway. And is it really something that hotel staff have control over weather someone is being too loud or not? Foam parties in the pool, slides, day beds, shaded areas and high quality garden furniture. Mini golf, skate park, several play areas. My 2 children were too young for the adventure park but it did look fantastic. Groundsman constantly sweeping/cleaning areas. The daily chambermaid service was brilliant and re-stocking of the fridge. Everything entertainment was excellent, fantastic place for children. Thank you for a wonderful 10 days, we didnt want to come home.

Went for 7 days on Easter break. Rooms good. Cleanliness good. Service good. Food choice good. Pools and activities for kids good. Hotel coach service to city. Beach and market 10 mins drive. Medieval show good.

Beautiful pool side but not much else to do pool side snacks are poor clubs poor games English staff food awful lots of choice but all not clearly named or packets we where late arrival no food offered Bhopal on site is poor entertainment poor very clean but not organized
