Avenida Apartments

Excellent location and very spacious. All amenities were right on the doorstep, including the Old Town, the beach, supermarket and shops.

Apartments fab Central for everything would stay there again also would like to try hotel had to change rooms first room was not nice went to 3rd floor and room was great very happy with 2nd room staff really lovely only thing had to come through shops to get out and was never told about this

Perfect location . Not suitable for disabled as only steps, no ramps for entrances. Apartments all feel very cramped and those on the back face a brick wall and Windows onto the corridor. Walls paper thin, could hear each conversation from the adjoining apartments.very noisy of an evening. On our final day we discovered our food covered in ants and kitchen drawers full of them.

Appartments cleanish, bedding and towels changed regular. Safety of appartments very good but the views at the back are just spanish residents appartments, the appartments though are in a great location, close to everything specially the beach.

Clean and friendly place. Perfect to use as a base for holiday. Near to beach. Next to Old Town. 10 minutes walk to centre of nightlife. Shopping all around. Room not luxurious but definitely good enough for base. Has everything you need for cooking and big fridge.

I have stayed here before and generally it is OK for me right in the centre of the old town.However, there was a few domestics going on this time and I am afraid I will not be returning!! Shame as generally it fitted the bill for us.

I enjoyed my stay very much very clean apartment we had staff at the hotel where very helpful and it was very quiet at night the local shops where just outside and beach was just a short walk away would recommend this place if you prefer the peace as no stag or hen party's when we where thier this is my second time to this apartments also you can use the hotel across from this for the gym or the pool and you can upgrade if you want meals included

These apartments were very clean but basic. Enough for a cheap holiday. Only negative is our room was at the back so the only view we had was a brick wall & other apartments. With that said it was only a place to sleep & rest. & we did have some noisy neighbours who thought it was good to have their music blaring, quiet late, but Benidorm is known for stag/hen do's. Also be aware we had to pay £100 deposit per room which something Jet2 failed to inform us, so make sure you budget for it.

this was apts. and not hotel. coach dropped us off a good way from hotel, did not have a clue where we were, had to drag suitcases through busy shopping area. arrived at apts to be told they did not have a room and we would be put in hotel for one night but refused and so they found a room of sorts.....balcony surrounded by concrete buildings so only got the sun for approx. 30 mins. on return journey had to drag suitcases through busy shopping area again, waited at allocated pick up point, eventually coach driver turned up waving papers, he had parked at another hotel about half a mile away.

Full of young Spanish who slept all day and kept everyone awake at night! Staff aware but didn't seem to do anything about it.Arrived at apartments with elderly parents and none of rooms ready had to wait about an hour for first room to be available.

I booked a 1 bed apartment was not happy to walk in and find 2 single beds in the living room and no bedroom. Room 109 on first floor. Also couldn't open curtains as overlooked by service area with staff coming and going. I arrived 10.30pm on Friday and was moved to a better room(101) overlooking street with a bedroom on Sunday morning after persisting in complaining. They tried fobbing me off. It would put me off staying there again. Best thing was location right in middle of nice shopping area and few minutes from Levante beach and old town. I stayed in apts on my own but my friends were at the Sol Costa Hotel 10 min walk away. Walking around on your own at night in this area no problem. Lots of Spanish families out with their children till late.

Very disappointed with my view from the apartment it was a brick wall other an that a lovely holiday it would stray again but request a room with a view the location was brilliant the rooms were clean and spacious just the view was very disappointed as the pictures show perfect views

The Avenida apartments where we stayed were poor to say the least. The staff on the front desk were not friendly at all and when we entered or left the building they totally ignored us . The apartment was not very clean , the side of the microwave was filthy. The bathroom was tiny and so was the bath and shower head moved about when water was running. Our balcony looked out on a brick wall and the apartments were very noisy , kids shouting and people coming in at all hours , slamming doors and being very loud. To use the pool or sun beds you had to go across the street to the Avenida Hotel but the area was very small so we just didn't bother . Must say though that Lucian from the Avenida Hotel on reception was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us , he deserves a big thank you , if all the staff were like him it would have made the place so much more bearable . We definitely wouldn't recommend staying here.

Great clean rooms, right in the heart of old town and minutes from the beach and bars. Perfect location for lively holiday. You can hear all the buzzing around town from your balcony so if you want peace and quiet it's not for you. 10 minute walk to the popular night life in the square but lots to see and do on route. Be prepared to pay 100€ deposit for each room, we weren't aware of this so was a shock!! Water tank holds enough for one shower then takes about 30 mins to heat up for the next. Wasn't a problem for us but 3/4 people could be troublesome. Great apartments though and would use again but beware drop off/pick up is a good 5 minute walk and with just a map to go off can be hard to find. There was no rep to take you there.
