The Albatros Spa & Resort Hotel

Really lovely hotel clean always a good variety of food even if it was strange combos sometimes . Had a spa that was good hitel staff were friendly and always happy to help you . Only down side was no British tv not even one channel . We had a superior room so was bigger than normal ones

I would recommend this hotel it ticked all my boxes, was there for a week and my stay was excellent. Staff were always helpful and professional, also very attentive. Room and food was excellent, I felt right at home. Cannot fault them.

Great hotel,friendly staff.Good food close to all resort has to offer.Lovely, yet rocky beach.Close to pretty harbour.Bus stop not too far away to get to Malia,Stallis & Agios Nikolas.Great spa! Large family pool with kids pool & adult only pool,but hardly used,as it was in shade all of the day.Use of a luggage room,shower & hairdryer & free safety deposit box on leaving hotel.We had an evening flight home & was able to buy a dinner in the resaurant for €10 pp.

I couldn’t fault the hotel it was ideally situated for the shops bars or even just for a nice stroll by the sea. There was hardly any touting for you to go in the shops and bars which is a big no no for me. The staff at the albatross couldn’t be more helpful and friendly day and night they were always happy and smiling. We will certainly go back to the albatross what a great place to unwind. Thanks to all the hard working staff we thought it would be the ideal place to get engaged. And we did ha ha thumbs up from us 👍👍👍😝

This hotel is amazing. Food is amazing, everything seasoned and something for everyone. Hotel is clean. Staff are so friendly and helpful, they made it! You do have to get uonfairly early for a subbed as people reserve from about 7am, however this isn't a problem as the beach is around the corner and if you come back to the hotel around 3pm there's normally a few sun beds spare as the early bird have normally retired by this point. Location is great, on the beach! Also close to restaurants and nightlife. Hotel felt like it had that classy appeal! All in all I would defiantly return back to this hotel

I didn't want to pay the extra £150 to up grade my room and was unsure what to expect. Our room was small and basic but very clean with a modern bathroom and balcony. Downside was our room was at the front of the Hotel which looked out on to the road and Hotels opposite so it wasn't very scenic. The rooms at the back overlooked the lovely pools and wished we had been given one of those. The resort was huge with plenty of places to eat and drink which we loved and prices were very reasonable. The hotel it self was lovely and in a great place just minutes from the beach. The hotel breakfast was also lovely with plenty of choice and it was great eating outdoors. Dinner was ok but not as much choice as I would have expected of a Hotel of its size but it was still tasty. I would recommend this hotel but if you are happy to stay in the older part of the hotel without having to pay for an upgrade ask for a pool view!

Great modern facility. Extremely clean place! Hotel located nearby the beach. Room with sea view are perfect,very well equipped hairdryer,kettle,and iron,bathrobe and slippers.All staff are very friendly.Great selection of food in buffet restaurant.Spa facility is perfect. I recommend Jacuzzi,Hammam and fantastic aromatherapy massage,which you need to pay extra. Only one thing that should be improved is wifi in room which should be free without additional cost however slower free internet is available in lobby area. Generally fantastic hotel for everyone.

I can only blame myself I believed the brochure when booking this hotel and holiday. I didn't like the overly commercial resort and this coloured my opinions of the hotel. The hotel is bottom end 3* but has great staff. Our room was clean but tiny. Food was a weekly cycle of repetitive food with no main course been great. Pool was great. Bar good.

Stayed for 1 week 21/06 to 28/06/16. We had booked a twin room but were upgraded to a family room. The staff were very courteous and helpful in every way. The customers staying there were multinational and so was the food although always leaning towards the Greek cuisine. Location very good and my sister and I always felt safe. Pool area was large and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, although the Germans always got their towels on the best loungers before anyone else could!!we had a happy and relaxing stay and would certainly recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Having been delayed by 4 hours , we were starting to worry about the hotel. But when we arrived early hours next morning! We should not have worryed all was brilliant. The hotel was very clean, staff frendly, food very good . The sea front was only a few minutes away so that was great for us. We will definitely be going back to this hotel.

Had an amazing chill out week at the Albatross, lovely hotel , staff couldn't do enough for you, rooms excellent, food very tasty, entertainment was ok but not bothered much just enjoyed chilling, would definitely go back again

Brilliant Hotel, rooms were excellent with Fridge and safe included, large balcony's and plenty of room. The Staff were absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they were always happy to see and welcome you. My wife tripped on a kerb in the resort and we had to get a taxi back to the hotel, on seeing this the staff immediately got us some ice and crutches, there was more ice delivered to the room and her meal was taken to the room. Would recommend this hotel to anybody.

very clean hotel, rooms in older part slightly small, but not in them long enough to be a problem. friendly helpful staff, what more could you want. Good location for main high street and the front, Just around the corner from excellent restaurant Mythos well worth a visit.
