Good value for money, spacious and well equipped apartment and balcony, We were a couple staying room only. We were very glad of the adult only pool and bar, as it was lovely and peaceful. About 20 minutes walk down to playa dorada and the centre which was easily walkable

We stayed here 19th may 2022 and was lovely rooms is nice big food was lovely and kids loved the entertainment and swimming pools would deffo recommend this hotel staff es lovely too and I would deffo come back

Hotel was classed as a 4 star hotel, although the room we were in wasn't, the TV in room was about the size of a portable and we could not watch TV and charge phones as there was not enough sockets Hotel staff were very friendly and polite We were only B&B and breakfast was adequate In the pool everyone had to wear a head cap ( not sure why) Hotel is in a very good location for nightlife and dining Overall hotel was very nice

Beautiful spacious rooms. Very clean. Food very good. Helpful staff. We sunbathed in the adult premium area. Very peaceful and relaxing. The barmaid called Laura was lovely and went over and above her job to make people happy. She's a wonderful person. We will return to this hotel. Loved every minute. X

Basic accomodation. We arrived late at night and we got a bag with a sandwich that was not fit for consumption. Food was the same every day and not much of a choice. Husband became sick after food and brought it to the attention to the chef Magdalena and never even got an apology. She had previously been so friendly to us but not after this. We booked a meal in one of the restaurants for our anniversary and the waiter was so rude, later in the week we made a reservation at the pizza restaurant and the same waiter told me that pasta was not on the menu that night however people who ordered after us got pasta. He was very rude about it when I asked him why. When we were checking out of the resort the staff told us because our flight was late in the day they provided showers for us to freshen us before we left. This was a disaster. In both me n and women showers the lights kept going off leaving us in complete darkness and I had our 6 month baby with me too. Was very frightening as the showers are located in a very quiet part of the resort. Would not go back here

Lovely complex ,beautiful grounds , there is a pool to suit everyone 14in all ! We were self catering tried restaurant once very good . Our apartment was very roomy everything you need , balcony was lovely very large . The only complaint was the entertainment not good , hardly any one in there ,the dome was very large and would take a lot of people to fill it , we went in March so probably by July would be a lot busier . The sports bar ok . Needs a nice lounge bar with comfortable seating to chill in an evening with some nice music playing . But overall had a great time .

Reception staff very efficient and friendly on arrival at the hotel. Facilities and environment around the complex excellent and clean. Staff were always working to keep the hotel up to a high standard. There was always plenty of sunbeds around the pool area no matter what time of the day. The staff in the restaurant were very accommodating and helpful. Our apartment was roomy and thank you to the cleaner who would from time to time leave swans sculptured out of the towels, very talented, but a nice surprise another added touch this hotel offered. 10 minute walk to the beach and promenade from the back gate of the establishment and would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to family and friends.

I would definitely recommend this complex, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and well equipped with a free safe, the grounds were clean with a nice lake and a man made stream with a nice park like feature to it, it was in easy walking distance to the beach and the main part of the resort with its many bars and eating places, I would definitely go back here again.

Very good hotel. More suited to families although adult only pool was very good. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis which was fine. I would say that I think mealtimes may be a bit chaotic in peak season.

This is not a hotel , it is a small village! Food was average , chaos at breakfast , we were AI , not recommended as the drinks were terrible , the apt’s are in blocks with mostly their own pool , our room was probably the worst location , ground floor in the corner with virtually no privacy on the “terrace” Asked for upper but reception said there was. none. Would not recommend
