Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel Resort

Hotel is lovely and in a prime position. We have stayed there many time in the past and have rebooked again for November. The reason I have given this review only 4 stars is that both my husband and I feel the food has deteriorated since our last visit in 2019. I would recommend only having room and breakfast. There are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance serving delicious food at a reasonable price.

We have stayed here many times and never been disappointed. From start to finish always a pleasure. We prefer bed and breakfast as there are so many restaurants within easy walking distance, but the dinner buffet will not disappoint.

We’ ve been coming to this hotel every year since it was built. Tried others in between,but keep coming back here. Rooms are well furnished and spotlessly clean,staff polite and friendly, food excellent. Hope to be back next year.

We have just returned from this hotel and it never disappoints. From the moment you arrive the friendly and knowledgeable reception staff make you feel at home. We had a junior suite on the top floor which was large and bright with a generous sized balcony. There are more than enough sun beds and no need to ‘reserve’. There are plenty of options for breakfast and dinner, as I am gluten intolerant, there was plenty to choose from. The only annoying point is you need to give the waiter your room key when you go in for dinner, sometimes you have to ask several time for it to be returned.

We have just returned from a week long stay in this fabulous hotel. The weather was glorious, we ate well and the staff were excellent. The swimming pools were great and the walk into Playa Blanca took only about 10 minutes. Thoroughly recommended.

We stayed a couple of years ago and overall hotel still very good. unfortunately but fortunately for us the hotel was only a third full but Staff still very courteous, friendly and helpful. We only ate in a la carte restaurants, Los Lobos (great for breakfast) has lost its way but Giovanni, Tapas and Kampai are excellent. Evening entertainment needs to be better advertised and more fully described. Inside well maintained but (our only gripe) area round pools needs reslabbing urgently care needed! Overall lovely week and very lucky with weather high 20’s everyday

We stayed in the Prices Yaiza for the first time last week and can highly recommend the hotel for a vacation. The room( suite) was huge and very well presented and equipped with large sitting room, small kitchen area with microwave and fridge. Huge bedroom with Huge bed - very comfortable and large bathroom with shower and bath.Staff were most helpful at all times and the breakfast each morning provided a vast array of choicesThe hotel is perfectly situated in Playa Blanca with easy access via the boardwalk to the marina in one direction and lovely long walk to the lighthouse in the other direction.Plenty of spaces around the pool areas and lots and plentiful supply of sun loungers.We will be back !

I have nothing but good things to say about PY. Great facilities, loads of space and beds around the pool. All staff were excellent, friendly and very courteous. Food was of a very high standard and access to the town and the marina was easy , literally a 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel.This hotel is slightly more expensive than some others in Plata Blanca but it is well worth it,

What more can we say, we are returning guests! Standards just as good as our previous visits. Staff are superb. Food is very very good in the evening & breakfast buffets. Great location straight onto promenade that stretches to Marina on one side and through town and beyond hotels to headland & lighthouse beyond.

Great hotel and facilities but they need to be stricter on sunbed policy and use and only allow smoking in 1 part of the grounds as the smell if cigarette and especially cigar smoke round the grounds and pool was unpleasant

The hotel has a no towels on beds policy but doesn’t carry out what they promise. This became an annoyance when we couldn’t get a bed round the pool as early as 10am. This was a shame as the hotel was excellent otherwise.
