Elba Lanzarote Royal Village Resort

Hotel beautiful and rooms very modern and beautiful set out. Pool area. Be warned if hoping to get a bed at the adult only pool. Unless you are prepared to get up at stupid o’clock then you have no chance. Also gives a cliquey feeling which is off putting. Other pools are fresh water and definitely catered for young children. We went at the beginning of June and soooo many children. Restaurants. Adult only nice but limited choice of food. And had better at a 4*. Main restaurant or should I say canteen as that is what it felt like More choice of food but not the best Constant dirty plates Dirty tables and just a mess. Staff. Just felt so sorry for the staff that were working as just not enough to cater for the amount of people. Bar. Never attempted as constantly had long queue Previous reviews for this hotel are spot on unfortunately

We stayed at the Elba due to being moved from the hotel we originally booked. A lovely hotel, with individual bungalow rooms. Lots of space in the room and plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Food was really good and would defiantly recommend the al la carte restaurants.

A brilliant hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Great food and plenty of options, impressed they had gluten free options available, we just needed to ask. The entertainment team were fantastic and my 7 year old loved them, he was sad when we had to leave. All the staff were great, reception were so helpful and the bar staff always made us laugh and smile. We will definitely be back, it was one of the best holidays we’ve had, thanks Elba 🙂

We enjoyed a week away, 2 adults and a 7 yr old during the Easter Holidays. We loved the layout of the hotel and loved the accommodation with its own outside area, sun loungers and sofa. Swimming pools were great and two heated ones. Lots for the kids to do. Massive bonus was that you could go to breakfast at 9am and not need to put your towels out on the loungers until after. Never an issue finding free beds. Staff all friendly and helpful. About a 10 min walk to the nearest beach. We used the free shuttle into town twice which was also really good. Only slight negative was the pool bar for food, only used it once so to be fair could have just been a bad day but it was all very dirty, not enough spoons to serve the food, no clean plates to use etc. main buffet restaurant food was ok, pretty much standard for an all inclusive. Overall loved it and would recommend for families

Everything was exceptional. Couldn't fault anything. Would definitely return to this hotel again. Staff so friendly. Food choice and quality brilliant. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Rooms had plenty of wardrobe space, outside patio lovely with loungers and table/ chairs. Television had plenty of english channels to choose

A friend and I stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March, we loved the hotel it's so clean and the staff are so friendly The entertainment staff work really hard specially Costa! The pool area is beautiful, rooms are spacious and well-kept. it's a little bit of a walk in to Playa Blanca it self but a taxi is easily available if you don't want to do the walk. Food is fairly good, I personally would have liked a little more choice but overall good I would definitely return to this hotel

Having stayed in Playa Blanca eight previous times always on the main promenade in several different hotels we decided to try the Elba which is about a 15 minute walk to the front ,the hotel does provide a courtesy bus. . We booked a junior suite and chose all-inclusive , checking in ran very smooth with all the information we needed ,must admit finding our block in the dark took a little time and we thought could be signed a little better , the suite was fantastic very clean and spacious, comfy beds and great to have your own spacious patio with chairs table and sun lounges,the bathroom had a fantastic walk-in shower , plenty of wardrobe space and coat hangers . We could not fault the food and service from all the staff , was excellent , we have never been in a hotel were coffee was available morning , lunch and dinner . We always had plenty of choice for sun beds and never saw the usual rush for certain areas, the entertainment bar quite busy in the evening ( think this due to the position of the hotel ), but never failed to get good service. Will definitely return ,just a mention for Jet 2 another brilliant service and holiday.
