Good points - Nice central location at the heart of Porto Cristo. Very friendly staff. Great food. Great views if you are in the main building facing the front. Not so good points - Tiny dip pool, not really geared up if you like to laze about a pool. Standard of cleaning in our room was quite poor (we noticed toothpaste splats on the mirror remained for days, bits of fluff etc on the floor didn't get swept up and our sheets were not changed in the whole time we stayed). Don't bother sitting at the hotel tables overlooking the beach on the other side of the road to the hotel as service is dreadful, you can wait for over an hour!! Our only other issue was that we booked this hotel because it is adults only. However, on 3 occasions we noticed children in the dining room at breakfast (under 10-ish).

Fabulous location, friendly helpful staff, food excellent, facilities great, the view is absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the Mediterranean harbour full of yachts. I had a wonderful holiday wirh special thanks to Irma and all of her staff.

Bar service very poor waited 40 minutes for to get served one evening before giving up. Every evening waited long periods of time for bar service. Lovely location and views. Small rooms in main hotel, room 406 has a very small bathroom and shower cubicle, but the views make up for this. Pillows awful!

Hotel is very nice staff are friendly rooms are good food is not bad the breakfast I found a bit poor not much choice but all in all a nice hotel. The beach is just across the road it will cost you 12.40 per day to hire sun beds there are some nice cafes for lunch across from the beach that offer good value for money the one with the orange chairs outside i found to be the best . All in all it a lovely place the hotel is fine hassle free the drinks are not expensive and the staff are all very nice.

the food is good ,u will never go hungry,stay in the main building as the balconies are bigger and rooms are better equipped ie little fridge kettle and tv ,and lovely walk in showers.mattries comfy ,the pool is small ,and sun beds few,would be good it they had sun beds on the roof area,the beach is accross the rd ,and harbour ,very pretty

Nice hotel very clean quality fixtures and fittings only fault not enough staff this caused long waits for bar and table service Andres and the rest do there best but just not enough staff apart from that this hotel is hard to beat this was my 52nd trip to Majorca been coming since 1969

THB Felip is excellent, all the staff are happy to help and advise, or find staff who can. The food is first class, I have never seen so many nationalities readily catered for in one Hotel. My wife is a vegetarian and had a wide range of choices. We booked bed and breakfast but did have the evening meal several times, this was excellent value. Our room [313] balcony had a view over the street and a side view of the pool, I thought the extra payment for a sea view was excessive. The shower room and toilet were very good, the first thing I check on arrival is the shower, it is A1 First class, I mentioned to a member of the reception staff that I prefer an anti slip shower mat, voila! service with a smile within five minutes. My only criticism is the eco-friendly light bulbs, I found it difficult to read but I do wear spectacles. Hotel Felip is situated next to the road and has a pleasant sea view across a tree lined promenade to the beach and marina where several boat trips are available. A convenient bus stop is only a two minute walk. There is a selection of shops, a SPAR,Supermarket and bar/restaurants nearby and the 'Dragon Caves' are a pleasant twenty minute walk round the marina or a five minute trip on a land train. We visited many other pleasant resorts that are twenty to sixty minutes away on a bus, the capital of Palma is about an hour and twenty minutes, sixteen Euros per person return. Near-by Cala Bona and Cala Millor are linked by an excellent wheel-chair/buggy friendly walk way with a designated cycle path. There are five or six English language T.V. channels. I have scored all areas as excellent, because they are!

This hotel was excellent value. My sister and I were in the main building on the 2nd floor. The balcony looked over the rear of the hotel and we could see the pool to the side. The only criticism was the pool is very small with only 10 sun beds. The food at breakfast and evening meal was excellent with a good choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent position on the sea front.

I imagine this is a lovely place throut the season. But the end of Feb. It was a ghost town. Stayed in the annex for 3 days. It was like sleeping in a box. Moved to the proper hotel. Much better. The pool has been well and truly photoshopped. Management insisting the hotel was full. So I'm presuming it was the week of the hide and seek championships.
