From start to finish just amazing - all inclusive fantastic variety brilliant Non stop entertainment and nothing was to much trouble Didn’t have to leave the hotel or put your hand in your pocket for anything

Initially we were given one family room even though we had booked two rooms. On enquiring they told us that your agent Jet2.com reserved this room for you. Next day we took this issue with jet2 representative who comes to hotel everyday on specific timings. He checked our booking and realised that they had made a mistake and gave us two rooms. As a good will gesture he also gave us free access to A La Carte Resturant unlimited bookings. Hotel food and staff were exceptional.

We spent the 1st week in may here, kids were 10 & 11. We had an excellent week, our jacuzzi balcony was out of this world. The entertainment round the pool was great once it started as weather wasn't great the 1st few days. Plenty choice of food, although kids struggled to have varied meals! Staff were amazing and any issues were sorted immediatley. Only downfall was we wern't struck on the evening entertainment!

Booked this hotel for a family holiday, 5 adults and 4 kids, and wasn't disappointed.the service from the cleaner to the management was faultless, the food was excellent with plenty of choice with a barbecue every night.and there was plenty of choice for snacks throughout the day, we arrived late at night and were still able to get something to eat. i can recommend the Tuborg beer and red wine. There is plenty to entertain you during the day and nightly entertainment, although we found it too hot to be sitting outside so retreated to the air conditioned bars, although we made an exception for the beach foam party which was great fun. wi-fi worked throughout the hotel and even worked at the end of the pier, I can definitely recommend this hotel if your thinking about visiting Turkey.

We have just returned from a week's holiday at the Saturn Palace Hotel. The hotel staff are fantastic, bent over backwards to help us in anyway possible. We traveled as a party of 4 adult and a child of 16 months. The food was brilliant, plenty to eat for our little girl. Rooms very very clean I work as a head housekeeper of a large hotel so my standards are very high and this hotel met them perfectly. The pool and pool areas were extremely clean with staff working endlessly to ensure it stayed that way. Our only disappointment was the evening entertainment, it was very poor and considering this hotel is a family friendly resort the Cabaret Dance act was more like something you would expect to see in an over 18's erotitic dance club. It made us feel very uncomfortable to the point we left. Also the animation team seemed to spend alot of their time trying to look 'pretty' with very little interaction with guests, they never spoke to us once! Aside from that we couldn't fault the hotel! We will be returning!!

Myself, my wife and the kids (7 and 13) had a fantastic week staying here. Can't really fault the place down to not even needing to get up early to make sure we got sun loungers there were always some available even though the hotel was full. Great place, great service, great food, great fun.

Excellent hotel. Could do with a refurbishment in parts but generally everything was very nice. Food was great and plenty of choice but desserts where a little repetitive. Lots to eat and drink all day. Pools and slides looking a little tired but still great fun. Had to be closed several times due to people not going to the toilet and adults and children fleeing from floating excrement. Entertainment was lacking a little and not as good as other hotels I've visited. Generally the hotel was very nice and hotel staff could not do enough. Although we had a great time if we where to visit again I think we'd choose another hotel a little bit more upmarket as there are many nice hotels around. Lara beach is great for family's and I would recommend this hotel as a cheap alternative to others but if your after a little luxury then this is not the one...

Stayed hear in August cannot fault the hotel it's beautiful the staff are amazing they work non stop to make sure you enjoy your stay from reception staff to waiters to bar staff we had a room in the new wing and it was spotlessly clean mini bar stocked to bursting with beer soft drink water the only negative I could give it was the air conditioner was not as cold as we would have liked but the weather was 47 degree

Just returned from a 2week holiday at the lovely Saturn palace and we had a brilliant time the place is spotless the rooms are superb and the staff can't do enough for you they come round the pool with drinks food ice cream chips you name it its delivered to you at your sun bed and guest relations come round every day and ask if there is anything that they could do to make your stay more enjoyable you can eat and drink 24hrs a day the only negative comment that I can make is the air conditioning in the lounge is needing to be cooler as we were all melting but the hotel can't change the weather as it was 47 degrees so maybe it was ourselves that were to hot apart from that I would highly recommend this hotel as we had such a wonderful time
