30 Degrees Hotel Pineda Splash

We stayed at this hotel with our daughter and her two children, age 7 and 11. She was allocated an excellent triple room, with one bed curtained off. The three pools are excellent and there was really good choices on the all-inclusive menu.

Good hotel for families with plenty to do for children if they want to. Pools are nice with slides in one and the other for older people. Didn't have any trouble with getting loungers in the adult pool section. Kids pool no chance unless you were prepared to get into line as they open the pool. Food was ok, a bit repetitive but a good selection. Drinks a bit on the weak side and only 2 drinks per person. Long queues at bar at times as its the only one open in the evening. 5 minute or so to beach. Nice beach but beware it drops sharply from ankle deep to over your head in a matter of feet. Tourist train stops outside hotel and its a hop on hop off which is useful. Wouldn't recommend for couples in peak time if you wanted a quiet holiday, but great for families. Entertainment staff worked hard to their credit. Hotel staff friendly.

We spent 6 nights at Alegria Splash at the end of July and had a wonderful time. Upon arrival at the hotel around 11pm as we checked in, we were pleasantly greeted with bottles of water, two glasses of prosecco, and a packed lunch each. This was greatly appreciated after our journey, and a really nice gesture from the hotel. My husband and I have two children, aged 12 and 9 who came with us, so we shared a family room for 4. The room was spotless and the cleaners were in everyday making the beds and cleaning round. The hotel itself was really clean and a lovely space to be in. We went all inclusive and all of our visits to the restaurant were great. From the reviews we had read previously saying that the choice was limited, we were slightly worried, but we found the choice to be really good. We didn't stray too far from the hotel during our stay, but we did walk to the beach, and have a stroll around the local shops. The children were more than happy to stay at the hotel to play in the pools, they really enjoyed both, one being full of slides and the other more for swimming and diving. The only downside I found to the hotel was the fact that the doors to the rooms were really loud. So during the night and early morning I would hear doors opening and closing, which disturbed mine and my husband's sleep.

This hotel was fab. We went on our first holiday abroad with our kids.. we could not fault the holiday in anyway. Clean, modern, lovely food. Would defo go back. Lovely pool areas, nice places to walk around the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel great staff very clean and great food lovely holiday only downside for us was people on same floor had not sense of how noisy they were coming to bed after others could be sleeping after midnight. Not hotels fault just other guests who are rude and thoughtless.

Hotel's clean, foods ok it's the staff and loctaion that lets it down. I travelled with my wife and 2 young kids aged 3-5 and we found it hard to keep the kids entertained, the pools are freezing, so you end up in the poor games room where your spending a fortune. The staff are rude, and you don't feel welcome, we went on day trips most days as there's so little to do in the hotel and surrounding area. The area is residential with nothing for tourists so you have to leave the area every day. Luckily there is a train station near by but everything's in Spanish so was hard enough to fine your way around. Deffinity not a good area for tourists.

We stayed at the Alegria pineda de mar for 11 nights in may 2019. Upon arrival the hotel looked clean and modern, there was only 1 member of staff on reception so check in was a little slow until another staff member joined them to help. We were given our keys and told that the room was ready straight away, as we entered the room it was modern, clean and spacious for the 3 of us staying in there. Pools are very cold as they are not heated so ourselves and our children did not spend much time in them. This we felt was a shame as the slides looked great! Food was varied although some days a little disappointing, the show cooking was a nice touch but sometimes there was a wait for items as they didn't keep cooking throughout food service so we were waiting around for things to finish cooking as the food we already picked was going cold. The snack service wasnt up to much as it was left over from mealtimes and stale. Restaurant staff were friendly although very specific about where you sit, our party was a total of 12 people so we were dotted around the room. Finished plates are removed from you as soon as you put your knife and fork down which was sometimes good and sometimes a little hasty. Toilet facilities are very clean, the only jibe we had was that because the lights are on automatic timers the lights would go out whilst you was still sitting on the toilet. Happy team were fantastic, always going around trying to get people involved in the activities and they obviously put alot of hours into their job as the same people you see during the day conduct the evening entertainment. Childrens mini disco was a hit with our 4 and 8 year old daughters and they loved all the dances being shown to them. The childrens entertainment room was also a hit for the girls and being able to check on them whenever was very reassuring. Abel and Lucy were our girls favourite people and they were sad to leave because of them. The area of Pineda itself isn't the best area as the beach sand is very rough and all the shops and bars seem to be very similar. The place we visited the most was Cafeteria Miss just up the road from the hotel and they had fantastic prices on spirits and beer but also in a prime location next to a fenced off children's play area so they children were happy whilst the adults were happy. There is a great little shop less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel also! Fantastic holiday in all and problems very minor, we were overall very happy!

Pineda rather quiet for me. Hotel lovely and entertainment for children during the day and evening is excellent. Entertainment for adults during the day was good but could be improved for the evening. Entertainment team very friendly and helpful.

The holiday was fantastic from start to finish! The flights were 100% better than what we have previously experienced with more experience airlines. The hotel exceeded our expectations in all ways. My partner and I were very happy with everything that our trip offered and my daughter had the time of her life. The hotel offered so much for children. The daytime entertainment was great and the staff tried to include everyone. The evening entertainment was even better, with different shows every night. My daughter loved the Disney show!We have all said that it is the best holiday we have ever been on (even though we have previously stayed at more expensive hotels). We will definitely be booking with Jet2 again and we will return to the same hotel in the future.

Like most people we hoped the hotel was going to be Ok, since we booked it late...We turn up about 10am but couldn't get our rooms until 2pm, but no worries there was a room which you can place your suitcases until room was ready... first glance it looked ok.. we went all inclusive and the hotel never let us down, from lovely food from very clean restaurant to full size pint glasses none of them plastic rubbish.. the 11 night flow by and my two boys loved the pools... the only thing what let the hotel down was the area.. we love to walk off our evening meal with a stroll but nothing much going on in town... Apart from that ... great hotel one of the best we've stayed in....
