Hotel nice, room clean, staff friendly, food lovely, great variety, entertainment team are absolutely fantastic! Brilliant place for children and adults alike. Great free bus service to beach/old town. Would visit again.

Last minute spring break and loved every minute. Hotel was lovely and clean. Staff friendly, especially the entertainment team. Rooms were very spacious, clean and well equipped. Food was also top notch with a very large selection to suit all tastes. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Food ok , accommodation not to 4 star standards., staff friendly, pool is small , kids area is tiny and limited , not for trying, Jet2 need to re assess there ratings , was told not put air con on longer than 40 minutes as reason kept having dirt falling on us in bed .........................

The hotel has been refurbed to a high standard, the food was plentiful, varied and presented well. All of the staff were friendly and professional, the reception staff were extremely helpful. The only small gripe was sometimes you had to wait longer than needed at the bar, not the fault of the bar staff who were good natured, more a case of not enough bar staff at peak times.

This was our second visit to this holiday. The first time in April for mine and my friends 50th birthday we had a great time . The staff are very friendly and all very good at their jobs the entertainment team were fab . I had such a great time me and my husband decided to go back in September.we arrived about 1pm and our room was ready . We changed and went down to the pool ,the entertainment staff came back after there lunch break and recognised straight away not remembering our names but they were so happy to see us .Both me and my husband joined in the activities and had so much fun . Thank you Hugo ,Iolanda ,Tiago and the rest of the team for a fab holiday we will be back.

only rate this hotel a 2 star bar service very poor only one beer and spirits local no cocktailes at all the food average only warm and not much choice we ate out 4 nights quite a long way to a beach sun beds badly placed have to keep moving the beds to get in the sun because of the big umberells only one person behind the bar big ques at the bar only serve beer and soft drinks at pool bar. dont think we wiil be returning

the pool bar didn't dispense spirits only beer and soft drinks.The main bar was very small and couldn't cope.it ran out of glasses every night at 8pm so we had to drink from plastic.long queues every night

We arrived on 27th July stayed for 11 nights. Had a wonderful holiday. No complaints had 2 children with us 13 and 10.. food was great always found some think to eat. Will definitely return in the future x

Very average hotel, 4 star is a push! Room was large for family of 3, very tired decor, including bed. Bathroom had mould which was never addressed by hotel despite asking. No tea or coffee provided in room. Hotel facilities basic, had to pay for room safe! They wanted to charge €6 per day to use hotel gym, which consisted of 5 items of equipment, no weights in a room no bigger than a guest room! Good selection good food and location was good for a family holiday, close but not to close to busy strip and noise.

Fantastic entertainment team. All staff friendly throughout the hotel , Chefs, bar staff, receptionists, housekeeping, restaurant staff., photographer,. Great entertainment each day for both children and adults and excellent evening entertainment. Hotel clean and kept to a high standard of cleanliness.
