Parque Santiago III

Booked 4 day Break, was emailed that work was happening at the hotel and I could change. After contacting Jet 2, was advised this would not be on our apartment block and would only be on the thursday and friday. This was not the case, moved rooms and could still hear builders especially around the Adult Pool on a SATURDAY! Also WIFI and TV in the room was nor working and complained 4 times, took until the last day to retify the Wifi./TV. Maintance kept confirming it was fixed, when it wasnt. Would like to thank Christina on reception for her tiredless effort in trying to get someone to fix Wifi/TV. Rooms could do with updating.

Perfect week in idyllic setting beach front friendly staff nothing was to much trouble gorgeous newly refurbished apartment amazing range of restaurants and shops will definitely return

Have stayed at Parque Santiago 111 and 1V many times and had great stays. This was no different except for the fact that we paid for a one bedroom apartment and only got a studio. To be fair, the day after our arrival and early complaint they did offer us another apartment (1 bedroom) but to be hones the fuss in packing up to move did not seem worth it. Nothing wrong though with the studio we had. There was refurbishment work going at 1V which was obvious to us BUT only in sensible hours and we were warned of possibility prior to booking. Upset on last day as wifes purse pickpocketed from her rucksack at adjacent shops but apparently is quite rife in the area. Pointless to try to report the issue though. No real complaint against Parque Santiago.

Beautiful place... but no relief from the heat. Only over bed fan, you have to be directly under to feel. Sweating all night and all day. Double beds are single beds pushed together. In apartment room... and in the studio my mum was in. Pools are lovely.

Stayed here 5 times at different times of the year. It is a great location surrounded by places to eat and drink. rooms are spotlessly clean staff have always been pleasant and helpful lucky enough to have stayed in a refurbished room this time.looking forward to our next stay

Love this complex but I am disappointed that we can't book with jet 2 as to w which complex you are to be on even though I rang jet2 after i had booked online they assured me i would be on PS4 and said they had emailed them to confirm this When I asked at Reception the staff were abrupt in fact we have been 5 times to PS and found the maintenance and cleaning staff wonderful but Reception staff miserable not good for front facing staff after saying that i love the PS sites it's a great hotel but as I say wish we could upgrade to where we would like to go

The lack of lifts or porters to assist with luggage let this resort down. We had to carry our suitcases up to the third floor and negotiate these stairs 4-5 times daily otherwise this is an excellent resort. The apartment was lacking in basic items like washing up liquid, dishcloth, tea towel and draining rack. There is no microwave, decent sharp knife and no hairdrier (which are all basic items in a modern apartment).
