Mediterranean Palace

Great location which is the reason we keep going back. Staff are as always fantastic and very curtious. Any issues resolved without hesitation. Hotel spotless.so friendly. OK the hotel needs renovation and bringing into 2022 but it's OK. Love the place because of the overall holiday not just the room. Thank you for a wonderful holiday again and see you very soon.

For the low cost it was excellent and couldn't be faulted. Wide range of choice for food for breakfast, even champagne. Plenty of sunbeds even after the Germans commandeered them with their towels before sunrise! Staff absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend staying here. Situated in a nice spot with use of the hotel next door and the Hard Rock cafe restaurant and plus right on the beach.

Been several times and pool area is as good a space as any in Tenerife. Hotel is becoming a little dated but still love it and it’s location 👍 th food selection at breakfast is more than adequate but bacon is a little undercooked at times. Used to be brown sauce to get yourself but now have to ask staff members to get it fir you from the back.

We were b&b and everything was very good including the pool and entertainment. One bad point was if you had a late flight, to keep the room on was very expensive. As a regular user of this hotel we thought that we could have free late check out but not if booked through Jet2. We were offered an upgraded room which was rather expensive and in hindsight not worth it.

We spent Christmas here and had a wonderful holiday. The staff are all hard working and friendly. The pool area is huge and well maintained. Buffet food is good quality. The only down side is the rooms are a bit tired and could do with an update. That did not spoil our holiday in any way though. I highly recommend Mediterranean Palace.

No Hand Sanitiser Spay on entering Dining Room , as its all Buffet food. Food and Veg was of very poor Quality and overcooked. The staff were very helpful and friendly I did nt have Breakfast. The Hotel is in a great location .and the back secure gate opens onto the seafront , and a nice level path Excellent for walking for miles along the sea with lots of seats and cafe /bars etc

Have stayed here a few times - lovely for a short break. Staff are really nice and helpful. Breakfast is really good - so much choice. Fantastic pool area. Shops and restaurants literally over the road - beach is also across the road - everything you need! Looking forward to going back!

Fantastic hotel with lots to offer, we stayed in June and couldn’t fault our stay. All the staff were very friendly/helpful and the staff in the kids club were first class. Having the soft play was very handy for when it gets too hot during the day for keeping the kids entertained, the little pool in the kids club is only open for 2 hours a day which could do with being open longer. We had a brilliant time and will 100% be returning. Thanks for our stay

Second time here and not disappointed. We now go b/b when on holidays as this hotel, and many others, are so well located for bars, pubs and restaurants. Rooms are good, beds clean and comfy and towels changed daily. Breakfast menu really good and great to start the day with a glass of Cava ! It was my birthday when we were here and they gave us the room safe for free and a birthday cake at breakfast the following morning. Nice touch. All in all, no complaints.

The staff were lovely the bar staff where amazing very chatty the only issue I had was the cleaners where to loud when getting organised because are room was right next to where they get all there equipment and then the bath room with it being a wet room was rather dangerous after shower

A great hotel with a fantastic reception and ground floor area, full of marble, chrome, water features and luxury seating areas, as well as 3 of the largest chandaliers I have ever seen. But no internal bar or entertainment area. The bar is situated out on the patio area on the 1st floor and doesn't open till 18.00. If you want a drink during the day, the only outlet is a small barside pool, that opens 10.30 10-45. It seems strange to me that a hotel this size doesn't have an internal bar.

My wife had her 65th birthday recently so to celebrate the occasion we booked into the Med Palace . Been there before so we were looking forward to it. The room with a pool view was fine and so were the facilities and dining. The problem was the noise. Unfortunately we had a very very noisy guest next door who would speak at full volume in the room and on the balcony. He would use his phone at full volume where ever he was in the hotel. One evening he continued swearing verbally abusing his wife for 6 hours his poor wife was crying constantly. I asked for another room but was refused by the guest liason officer. This same man created havoc on the final evening before departure police were called to arrest him and now he is on the run in Tenerife. In addition to this there was constant banging of doors, people having no thought for others with regard to speaking and moving about their rooms quietly. I spoke to another couple and they said a party came in late and immediately player loud music until 4.00am on several nights of their holiday. The hotel is old, it lacks sound proofing and nothing is being done about it . .

I stayed with my grand daughter, the staff are exceptional and the breakfast has an excellent choice and to a good standard. the surroundings are beautiful and the staff keep the pool area and all public areas very clean. my only down point is the accommodation - this is in serious need of an update. the bathroom and room are so 70's. the bath was deteriorating and the coating was removed on the base, the sink plugs could not be opened and the water had to be drained slowly from the sink. if the communal areas, staff and breakfast had been poor I would have walked out. no longer a five star but 3-4 until some money is sent on updating the rooms.
