Gran Oasis Resort & Siam Park Waterpark

Fantastic great rooms, great bar and pools, food was ace even our lass likes it and she's fussy just a good distance from town had a shuttle bus free

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Gran Oasis resort. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the resort was very clean. The pools were all great and our kids loved the small waterpark at the top of the resort. The food was of excellent quality and, when it had the potential of coming repetitive, there was a themed evening (Italian, Chinese etc); the effort by the staff placed into the meal on Valentine's Day was very much appreciated. We chose to have a family room close to the main pool. This was very convenient (and in a less hilly part) of the resort and the room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The only issue with the room location was the close proximity to the evening entertainment which was (in our opinion) much louder than required for the relatively small audience that attended the night-time entertainment and kept our son's up till close to 23:00 most nights. If we could downgrade the resort to 4.5 stars because of this reason we would. This was our only issue with the resort. If looking for a resort right next to the beach or local town the Gran Oasis is not ideal, however, we enjoyed our multiple family walks to the Playa de las Americas area. The proximity to the outstanding Siam Park (a 10 minute bus ride on the daily resort free bus) was a big bonus. Overall, we loved our stay at the Gran Oasis resort and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect family resort, small and friendly, ideal location on the edge of los Cristianos. Lots to do without travelling far. Very clean, all the facilities you need. Good choice of food and drinks. Staff very helpful

Rooms superb and very clean. The entertainment was very professional although a couple were more aimed at children which was disappointing as after the watershed but the acts that were adult appropriate were excellent. Food was plentiful and hot, staff were terrific. My only negative was that there is no assistance to take and collect luggage to the room which in our case was at the top. Not normally an issue but as I was recovering from a hip op and we had our 8 month old grandchild it made it difficult. Although put of town easily accessible by taxi and normally it would be about a half hour walk to the centre. Overall a great stay.

Just come back from 7 nights at this lovely hotel. There were 13 in our group and we enjoyed every minute, especially the kids. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Non-stop food and drinks all day, every day. I would have liked to stay longer. Will definitely go back there.

Beautiful accommodation near Los Christianos and Playa de Las Americas, 5 euro to centre of Las Americas, beautiful accommodation, cleaned regularly, food is great, something for all tastes,staff happy and helpful. A great place for a wonderful holiday

There is nothing to fault with the hotel or staff whatsoever they are constantly working and keeping everything safe and very clean. The food was delicious and always something for everyones different taste and done different kinds of meals each night there is one particular waiter with black hair in a little bobble who was always very helpful and would go out of his way to help the same as the Scottish receptionist I didn't catch their names this is definitely somewhere I would take the children next time just don't go with jet2

We traveled with Jet2 as always, they are the best holiday company we have used, but this hotel let them down, since what they (jet 2) have on the web is not what is at the hotel. Some rooms (which we got) are dark and depressing, no views and poorly furnished. The food is very poor and the place needs a re-think. Service in the restaurant...well forget it! You may end up sitting at a table with others you don't know and the hotel staff don't care! However; Jet2 resolved my problem with immediate effect, excellent company and excellent realistic staff. Do not go to this hotel.

Stayed for a week in October 2018, great accommodation friendly helpful staff great atmosphere very family friendly, everything was as described in brochure, air conditioned coach to beach, staff knowledgeable of area, very clean resort, designated smoking areas food was average but edible cocktails were rubbish ready made

I’ll keep this short because I’m just going to echo what’s already been said. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and the food plentiful and absolutely delicious. Expect to put weight on!. Nice touch includes the towel swap service. No need whatsoever to upgrade to premium all inclusive and no awkwardness around using regular AI. We didn’t bother with the night entertainment but didn’t need to - our two bedroom room was beautiful!. This is a great hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate going back

We have just came home from a fantastic week here loved every minute. Rooms were spotless staff very friendly great with kids especially stefene , food much the same everyday but always something there for the family,
