AluaSun Lago Park

One of the best parts of the holiday were the flights. Everything went really smoothly and no stress at all. Apartments were great, staff very friendly and helpful. Entertainment in evening not brilliant but we went round the Marina most nights. The passes to the aquapark were well used and the staff there were very good.

just returned from a fantastic week long break at roc lago park with my wife, daughter and 2 grandchildren .The main attraction for staying here was the free entry into the water park and this was totally justified with us going everyday. After getting the entry wristband from reception you could come and go as you please at the park as it is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment and kept all of us fully entertained especially the wave machine. Ok you have to pay 3.5 euros for sun loungers but this is not expensive for a full day. The location of the apartments are ideal as everything is on your doorstep.The staff were friendly and helpful and the entertainment staff were exceptional with the grandchildren.We only stayed b&b which was the normal standard choice but of good quality .The rooms were clean and the air con was so much appreciated.Overall a very good family holiday with us definitely returning next year. The only small issue we had was the noise made by the chairs being moved on the tiled floors from apartments around us, maybe felt pads attached to the bottom of the legs would help this issue.

Room was basic but clean , could do with some large bowls for serving salad,knifes and forks were rusty but I just bought plastic ones from supermarket across from the site,but we ate out mostly as so much choice of restaurants in a 5min walk family favourite was Chaplin's bar with bar men Rick, angel, Manu not forgetting James on the quiz 🤩🤩🤩👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🍺🥤🍷🍾☕🍹🍽️🍧🍨🥧🍟🍕🌯🌮🍔🍔🌭🥪🥘🍝🍗🍛🥗

Have just returned from an excellent week at the Roc Lago apartments. For a3* property we felt the apartments were very clean and comfortable with good size bedrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen is small and basic as they clearly anticipate most people will eat out however there was a two ring hob / microwave kettle and toaster. The location of the apartments right on the Marina was excellent with an easy walk to plenty of restaurants/ bars and a 10 min flat walk to the beach. The breakfast choice was fresh and varied and I thought was good. Excellent pool and some free kids club activity and mini disco which was enough for our 3 & 6 year old. All in all an excellent holiday.

The apartments were 2 minutes from the marina 5 minutes to beach Quite a few restaurants not to many bars one day we may visit again apartments good resort a little quiet for us people seemed friendly weather could have been better

This holiday was so much better than what I thought it would be after reading reviews. Everyone from reception to cleaning team were fabulous, rooms cleaned and clean towels daily,apartments spacious, pools lovely and perfect views and great location. My grandchildren wanted to stay longer, didn’t eat in the Restaurant so cannot comment.iwould have no hesitation in returni

These apartments are full of ants and when we were put in our room there was marks all over the walls the door to go and hang close up outside was terrible there was slime all over and was disgusting we had to go and buy cleaning stuff and clean ourselves the ants were all over our food in the children's suitcase and the bed there was millions and we spent lots of money on any spray

After reading reviews I didn't expect much so I was not surprised that this accommodation was of poor standard. Table legs broken, back door broken, drawers not pulling out correctly.....in the end we are there for the sun and to get out and about so did not bother too much but think I would spend a bit more next time to get more decent accommodation.

The rooms are specious, clean and comfortable. Very close to restaurants and supermarkets. Also, there are a few AMT's if you need one. Talk to the staff. They may not be smiling all the time BUT they have hearts of gold- every single one. Fantastic people.

Our 1st visit to menorca. Roc lago was lovely. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment 2 adults and 2 children (7'5). Basic accommodation. Thry could do with a up date. But cleaned daily n clean towels/linnen when requires. Only bad point is the pool areas.. they dont seem to be cleaned daily. Numerous occasions we found dirty half filled beer glasses and bottles left there. And rubish. 😞. Staff were very friendly.. animations team were brilliant. Kids club ws good. All in all a lovey place.

A basic apartment but was all you needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our holiday with the entertainment staff definitelydeserved of a mention. Clean and great value for money.
