Plazamar Serenity Resort Santa Ponsa

We went here had to stay 1 night then pay money to get moved to new accommodation. The whole experience was a nightmare. The beds were filthy sheets were dirty and pull out bed sheets hadn't been changed. Tiles missing in the pool. Slide closed. General cleanliness overall poor and parts were very worn. Flies in the food. Jet 2 have got a brass neck putting customers know this hotel then expecting you to pay to be moved accommodation! Saying it was our choice! Clearly it wasn't our choice the place was filthy we could not stay there and relax and enjoy our holiday so therefore had no choice but to pay and be moved accommodation.

This hotel was ideal for a short break , clean and tidy fresh towels every day yeah shower did leak a bit but i think it was down to shower curtain could proberly do with putting in screens .5 mins from lovely beach. i spent more time there

G8 week away. Rooms are large and spotless. Maid service every day. Nice pool area with slides for kids. We were on a self catering basis so didn't sample food or entertainment. Reception staff always helpful. Nice chill out areas. About a 10/15 minute stroll into centre of Santa Ponsa with bars restaurants and shops on way. We enjoyed the walk at night. Would stay here again.

My family of four had a super week-long holiday here in July. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful; the cleaner even left gifts of a soft toy and sweets for my daughter, whose birthday it was, and the woman who runs the entertainment was high-energy and very kind. My children adored the nightly mini-disco and bingo, and even the fact that the swimming pool was shaped like a fidget spinner (each lobe was a different depth: 0.5 m, 1.0 m and 1.8 m). The communal areas were beautiful, and the room was basic but clean. The room was on the small side for a family of four, but the beds were comfy and the water pressure in the shower was good and strong. The bathroom was prone to flooding, as the shower was only a shallow tray with a curtain, and the taps and mirror showed signs of age, but those are very minor complaints for what was a fantastic holiday in a lovely resort.

Great hotel. Very clean and fantastic staff. Great for families with young children. Food good but a bit frantic in dining area with all the children. Feel they shouldn't be allowed in bar area as it can be hazardous with helping themselves and spillages

A pleasant hotel where the staff are friendly and helpful all day long, If all inclusive, food plentiful and fresh but generally the same everyday. I went self catering and facilities in room were quite adequate for the purpose, also plenty of places to eat around the resort.

Good value for money, food average all inclusive drinks were ok. You get what you pay for at this hotel I would definately go back, pool was too small very cramped at times. Sun beds were chained up till after 9am.

went with our 2 granddaughter and my husband felt like we were sardines squashed in a tin , we paid an rediculious amount of money to stay here but wont be returning , 1 of the children had to sleep on the couch which they claim is a bed and the other 1 had to sleep on a put me up bed, the very least we expected was a bed each . All the staff EXCEPT THE RECEPTION STAFF was amazing especial the enetertainment lady, The sun bed situation is the worst i have every seen .
