H10 Casa Del Mar

All round good experience at this hotel. Great location on the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, good quality breakfast and probably the best view in Santa Ponca from the rooftop bar. The staff were polite and helpful too.

Staff where not attentive or welcoming or helpful (at reception). Food was very poor and was the same near enough everyday. Creme caramel was the hotels fav dish to serve. View on roof top was amazing but outdoor bar prices where daylight robbery! Bed sheets had a mark on from suitcase when we arrived and cleaners only re maid bed and didnt change sheets bin in bathroom was not emptied also. There was no privacy on balcony as everybody on roof top or by the pool can see you . You may aswell be sat with your neighbour as the partician is only knee height. My mum also sat in a booth at the bar and their was a pen knife stuffed down the back of the seat, this wasnt a pleasant experience, we wont be back here, such a shame as it was supposed to be luxuary. BUT... the sex on the beach cocktail was amazing and they made a good machiato coffee!!

This hotel lured us in from the outside on a previous visit to Palma Nova staying elsewhere. We loved the look so booked for this year. The frontage is impressive but then you get in and it is very tired, staff not great either to be fair

Facilities were good but rooms in need of refurbishment .Service and food very poor. Food cold and repetetive, Fresh hot counters only manned at intervals and nothing left on the hot or should I say cold plates. Lack of choice of food. Service at bar very poor, little choice not as on bar menu

Stayed here late July and was given a room at the rear of the hotel. Room had interconnecting door to next room which allowed sound from the adjoining room to travel very well and whilst sitting on the bed I could hear the conversion next door as well as the old boy talking to his wife whilst using the toilet - nice! No privacy at all. Decor of the room and corridors was poor at best although clean. Being located at the back right hand side of the hotel meant using the service lift.Breakfast was okay with a wide range on offer. The entertainments ladies were extremely helpful and very friendly. Same the receptionist Angie was smarmy to one of them at reception when the young lady asked politely for a room key for another office or cupboard.The bar service wasn't as you would expect and the bar counters always appeared full of dinner plates and glasses. One evening whilst the hotel had no water from 5pm until 9pm, I asked for a glass of ice from the bar to be informed that it would cost 2€. You can imagine my excitement when I told the young chap where he could shove the ice. All in all I would not stay here again unless I was to book one of the rooms at the front on the hotel, but then would I stay there again given that this place falls short of what the H10 group prides itself on. Next year, I might well return to the Inturotel Sa Marina, Cala d'Or.

The hotel is in a great location close to shops bars and restaurants ,in the centre of the resort and the beach is just across the road.All of the staff were excellent, really friendly , happy ,helpful and enthusiastic .Everywhere in the hotel was very clean and comfortable.We had a basic pool view room which was a bit tatty , the beds and pillows were very good and the room was very clean and functional .The friendly maids made the rooms every day to a high standard.The room was a bit noisy during the night and early morning with people letting the bedroom doors slam.The pool was clean ,nice and cool , the usual problems with not enough loungers as all were normally taken by 8.30am even though the pool didn't open till 10am and reserving loungers was not allowed. The bar area was really nice and open to the street which was great to sit with a cocktail and watch the world go by.The rooftop bar and infinity pool ( no loungers ever available in the day)vwas cool especially in the evening with great views over the bay and again the excellent bar staff.We had B&B so didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening but breakfast was of a good standard and varied to suit all requirements and tastes. I would recommend this hotel .

A lovely hotel the room was perfect. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and very hardworking and the room was cleaned daily. I think the staff need more support as on big events in the hotel they struggled to provide bar service. I would definitely return to this hotel

Hotel is lovely and clean opposite the beach . We had problems with our booking which took quite a while to sort out staff in the restaurant not very friendly or helpful expected much better service than we received.

Lovely hotel,Friendly staff good amenities and great location.Food was good with varied choice,rooms were very comfy.Enterainment was good enough.Pool was clean and nice and the pool in the Spa was excellent and very relaxing.Just across the road was a fantastic beach with plenty of sunbeds and Parsons but you will have to pay for them .the roof top pool was great but to many selfish people put towels out even the night before.Top hotel.
