Spent 7 nights here over half term (21st - 28th October). The hotel was in an ideal location, near to plenty of bars, restaurants and shops, though quite a few of the bars and restaurants were closed as it was late in the season.Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was 423, which meant a climb of 50(!) steps to the room, though it meant a good view from the balcony. The room itself was clean, quite modern in decor, with adequate facilities, and a good choice on the TV. We did enjoy the large shower head on the shower.Food was fine, with a good choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner, with at least one item freshly prepared in front of the customers. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, and with it being near the end of the season there was always plenty of room.The bar was fine, with a good choice of drinks in the all inclusive package, and 50% off drinks that needed to be paid for, like cocktails. There was a good choice of snack food, though understandably servings were smaller on the all inclusive package. The staff were polite and helpful though one of the girls was a bit more serious.The pool area was good, with plenty of sunbeds. With the hotel quiet due to the time of year we were always able to get one.Entertainment was OK, and as expected. Daytime entertainment included water polo and shooting, while the evening entertainment included Mini Disco, snake show, bingo and quiz. Overall we have no complaints with the hotel, apart from the number of steps to our room, and would recommend asking for a lower floor if you're unfit or unsteady on your feet.The only thing stopping us from visiting the hotel again is that we'd prefer to visit other resorts in Majorca if we holiday there in the future.

Had a great family holiday but could have been better. Good Points: Helpful staff, clean modern rooms Bad Points: rough area, no kids club, poor entertainment, pool was small Although it states there is a kids club it was one young lad playing either lilo jumping, pool or ping pong. My ,7 year old daughter wasn't catered for at all. Mini disco was poor as was the repetitive evening entertainment! Poor, poor poor!

Just got back from a week all inclusive visit. Rooms were a good size and were clean. Plenty of sun loungers available by the pool. Restaurant had a few choices each day. Never went hungry. Many drinks to choose from. Could buy cocktails at half price as they're not included on all inclusive basis (worth the money) Location was great. A few minutes walk to the beach. Loads of pubs, shops and restaurants near by. Spoilt for choice. Wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Excellent location. apartments were clean, with maid service every 2nd day. All Inclusive food was good and varied. Staff were excellent and very friendly. The childrens entertainer Pav was great with the kids and the nightly entertainment was great - including reptile show, parrots shows and daily kids disco - kept everyone entertained. The maintenance of the hotel was great - pool and surrounding area was well cleaned daily and the full area well maintained. Was a great family holiday and would recommend.

great room and very friendly staff marga on desk was very good and friendly room was cleaned every second day local transport to other towns was great its cheaper than a taxi which a lot of people used just because it was quicker

Been here twice in a row now and we love the hotel the people there The staff are so friendly and helpful they cant do enough for you.everything nice and clean and the food is awesome.where hoping too come back 2017

No faults with anything defo going back.this was my 2nd time ere n i love it and everything about it. Food was excellent. Very clean and tidy. Clean bedding and towels every 2 days.pool very clean and so was the area

Enjoyed this trip very much, accommodation perfectly located.All pubs and restaurants a step away but hotel still remains peaceful. Bedroom good size and beds very comfortable.Beach is gorgeous and only a two minute walk away.

Lovely clean hotel. Good food with plenty of variety. Friendly staff. Only negatives were the pool was too small for the amount of people staying and there was quite a bit of road noise on the second floor. Spoke to other people who were on the ground floor and they didn't here any of it

Hotel was nice and clean. Entertainment wasnt good for my 12 year old and 17 year old. Same thing on like bingo. Mini disco every night. It's OK for younger children. The pool was small. And the sunbeds where all taken by 8am every day!!! . We stayed for 10 days. Also we went all inclusive but you have to pay for WiFi. .. drinks are limited. No cocktails in all inclusive! ! Only small pots of icecream is available. You have to pay for the better icecream's .. the snack bar finishes at 10pm so does all inclusive drinks!!! The snack bar is the same food everyday.. nuggets. Burger. Toasties (just cheese and ham) and hotdogs. . Also the lifeguard spends more time in the bar than the actual pool!@@@

Myself and two sister in laws stayed at holiday centre recently and we all rated this as a great place to stay when in Santa Ponsa.....the rooms were bright clean and spacious... The food was also good and plenty of sun beds for everybody. The staff were also friendly and helpful, cannot wait to return.

This was a nice enough hotel , clean rooms and very friendly staff , linen and towels changed every other day. Nice pool although not enough sun beds with umbrellas and you need to go out just after midnight and put your towels out seemingly.Evening entertainment was OK as was the food but as we were self catering we ate out most nights. I personally wouldn't use this hotel again because of the amount of stairs, not suitable for anyone that's not fit and able unless you get a room on the ground floor. This review only covers the self catering apartments can't comment on the all inclusive hotel.

The holiday as a whole was great as far as the location was concerned, it was just the way the holiday apartment centre was run that let the experience down somewhat, the place where we stayed, was certainly lacking in staffing levels, giving the people free run of the hotel without any guidance, so we had children running riot until the early hours every night, also the way the apartments are built, every single movement from below ,above and to the side of us could be heard quite loudly, so sleep was very difficult to achieve. I know that something is wrong when you really do not want to return the location, after having a lovely day out and a pleasant evening, and then finding that you cannot relax once you have returned back to your own apartment, due to children shouting and banging on your door. it can get that at home. I complained to the reception 3 time during the week, and asked to see the manager, but he or she didn't come forward even though they had my apartment number and name. Also we booked half board, and it seemed everyone else was all inclusive. so there was limited choice in meals, if you could get anything, and when you went for an evening meal, no liquid was provided unless you paid!! I do understand this to some degree, but you should have at least 1 small bottle of water to have with a half board choice. And so we will in future only book self catering. I must add that we are a couple in our late 50s, and didn't have children with us, so I do understand the route to take when you are taking children on holiday, ie all inclusive, but at least look out for them instead of filling up on alcohol, and letting them run riot, but the staff ( or lack of them) are to blame as well!

Amazing hotel,amazing staff,great accommodation, very family orientated, a much smaller hotel,but friendlier, beach 10 mins walk, shops on your doorstep but no noise back at hotel, food not as a variety as usual all inclusive hotels, but it was so fresh all of the time they were so on the ball with cleanliness can't fault it. Only bad thing was their desserts were not nice and no variety they need to sort that out for sweet tooth lovers.
