Lack of Wi-Fi in the Room: There was no Wi-Fi available in the room, which was highly inconvenient and not what I expected from a 4-star hotel, Kids were really annoyed because of this. Low Room Standards: The room was below standard. It was not clean, and there were visible signs of neglect, such as mould. This is unacceptable for a facility advertised as a 4-star hotel. Dangerous Shower: The showerhead was not securely attached and fell while my young las was showering, creating a hazardous situation. Rude Staff: The behavior of the hotel staff was unprofessional and rude, which made the stay even more unpleasant.

We stayed in May 2024 even after reading a lot of negative reviews we took the chance, and it paid off. The hotel is nice, clean and the staff were wonderful & welcoming. We stayed in the Magnus part of the hotel which gave us access to a private pool , bar and restaurant. The food was lovely, varied and authentically Spanish. But they also offer some British food option, and a variety of options for kids. No huge queues or wasps or grubby pools to be seen! Easy to get a lounger and parasol. The room was immaculate. With comfy beds and very spacious (Magnus family room). The hotel staff: I want to say a huge thank you to Veronika who arranged for champagne in our room for our 10 year wedding anniversary. She was also amazing when my son hurt himself (quite badly) and she got us a doctor immediately and offered to help us get back to our room. She also arranged a late check out on our last day and someone to bring our bags to reception as my son had quite badly hurt his foot and couldn’t walk. This brings me to the only negative…the hill! Now I know the Majorca is hilly but the hotel is at against a steep hillside which is beautiful but wasn’t really pointed out. It’s nothing major until your child hurts themself and can’t walk. It was lucky we had the Magnus area as otherwise we would have spent most of the time in the room. So if you do decide to go, take the offer of help with luggage. Book the Magnus option and just enjoy the place it’s really worth it. Locally: there’s. Super market 3min walk And taxi to main shopping/beach area further up the coast Calvià was €20 (with us tipping). Hope this helps the hotel & any future Jet2 holiday goers!

Not the best we were put far away and it is all up hill hygiene was shocking at food times and and in the rooms they didn’t even have straws at a child friendly hotel , said there were a a bar at one of the pools there wasn’t one so had to walk to the main one and food not the best either , on arrival there were mucky lipstick stained cups in our room which hadn’t being cleaned we didn’t get fresh towels and when we put them out on the balcony to be changed they were took and weren’t replaced with new ones , breakfast was fine but at dinner time and tea time food were undercooked and when picking the plates up there was old food which shows the plates weren’t washed properly and entertainment didn’t last long at nighg

Great break in April.The rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily.The food was presented and cooked well with plenty of choice even for fussy children.We used the bus provided to get to town ,which had plenty of shops and restaurants, this runs every 30 minutes but can walk there in 15 minutes.The staff in all areas where lovely especially the children reps.

Nothing special, you get what you pay for. So we didnt expect anything amazing. Main issue was that one of the maids took my daughters teddy when she was cleaning our room, she had it for 7 years. She was devastated, there was no help from hotel staff,they lied that teddy will be found. Really bad experience!!!

We had seen some bad reviews but, I'm pleased to say, this was a good hotel. Rooms- clean, comfy, hot showers, comfy beds, cleaned daily Food- lots of choice, something for everyone. Didn't have a bad meal. We arrived at 10pm and they'd even put on a late buffet with sandwiches and salads. Drinks- fine, no complaints. Pools- spotlessly clean but very cold (not heated). Maybe take wet suits? Entertainment- we didn't make it to any shows as they were too late for our son. Facilities- our 9 year old loved the games room. Kids club staff were good. Location- quiet but that's what we like. Negatives- we booked a Magnus Suite and got a downgrade to Magnus Room. Had to wait until 2nd day to move as it was late and the hotel was full. Then got upgraded to Magnus Style Suite.

I have to admit I was apprehensive about my holiday as I had read a few negative reviews. On arriving at the resort I was very impressed. It was all very clean. Food was lovely. Pools were clean. The free shuttle bus to the beach was so handy. The rooms were cleaned daily & fresh towels provided. Things to note is you have to pay a government charge of approximately 3 euros a night per adult on arrival at hotel. Also, it is a little hilly going up to rooms & pools, so it may be difficult for disabled people. Although my father in law has Parkinsons & the staff kindly gave him a lift to the room in one of their carts. Staff seemed helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel photos where not as the hotel was. Travelling with a disabled mother who uses a wheelchair it was all up hill, down hill on the complex. That wasn’t stated!! The pools were small for the amount of people accommodating for. Food was good first few days then went downhill

The staff are very friendly and helpful you will have zero issues with them. The hotel and the grounds are kept clean and tidy . Some of the place could do with a little painting and updating but overall it is very well kept. There are 3 pools can get a little busy but the are fine if you want to splash around and have fun if you want to get up in the morning or even anytime during the day to do lengths not the spot for you. There will no doubt be a pool closed during you stay mainly because someone can't control their bowels this is disappointing but not the hotel's fault Last week of August and 8.30 ish was fine to get a sunbed this week come down at anytime and you will get what you need. I'm a fussy eater and there was plenty everyday to keep me happy. If you think you will see gordan Ramsey standard you won't but it's tasty and you won't go hungry. If you are going away for the day goto a manger in the restaurant before 8.30pm and the will organise a packed lunch for you that you can pick up and breakfast the next day. Aircon is great. Showers is great . Rooms at Magnus side are fine. Our fridge didn't work and was replaced with a new one within an hour of reporting it Rooms were made up every day . Some of the entertainment is excellent. Some is average and some is terrible but if you want Broadway productions then go there . The hotel is situated on a hill. A hill not a mountain and certainly not kilamanjaro as people would have you believe. And if you get a taxi back from the town the will drop you right at the top of it . Right at the top of the complex there is a laundry that is 4 euro to use but you need you own detergent. Can be very handy .

For adults 2/5 For the kids 4/5 Food was bland, tasteless and we ended up eating out a few times. The kids enjoyed the pool though. They didn’t really eat much, exhaustion and warmth probably the cause for this though. Drinks were heavily watered down. Rooms were average at best definitely not a 4 star hotel would say 3. Our room was up a hill aswell with 2 flights of stairs which wasn’t really convenient with 2 prams they do have ramps next to the stairs but the incline is steep as a petite woman I did struggle a bit. Overall nice holiday for the kids but would not go back purely because of the food. They were also a bit snotty about us staying and keeping the bands the last day after check out was 12 despite us being delayed the first day and not getting any food or drinks or even in the room until 3am the day after we were supposed to arrive. The bed is also horrendous, you’d be better sleeping on the floor it’s so hard. The ladies that clean the room are nice but it needs a better scrub

The hotel was clean the food was standard the staff were all very friendly although there could have been more staff for the bar areas the hotel definitely did not have enough space for the amount of people in the hotel and not enough restaurant space having to wait in long ques just to get in it's also on a very steep hill so it's not ideal it is most definitely not a 4 star hotel

Ideal for children with fantastic slides for all ages. BUT Far far too many people for the facilities and space available. Staff were good and managed as best they could. food as expected for a family all inclusive. Rooms were clean but it was a double room with an extra bed squashed in to make it for three of us. Therefore not enough storage. Jet 2 we’ve never been so disappointed in any of your hotels until now!!!
