Nice hotel the room is a good size and the beds are very comfy really good. Nice quiet hotel but if you have children not much for them to do. The pool area is quite small but adequate for the number of guests and we never had a problem with Sun beds always empty beds available no getting up at the crack of dawn to reserve one with your towel. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel in all areas. The restaurant was very nice and the food was hot and well cooked and planned out well and no queuing or waiting for tables to be cleaned. The meal choice is good no complaints. The staff in all area of the hotel are friendly and helpful and so hard working and cheerful .I would stay in this hotel again

Had a lovely week at llision Markus hotel all the staff was amazing we had a lovely big room 302 it was spotless and cleaners where in most days fresh towels etc. The bar staff was brilliant very fast serving drinks the food was so good lots to chose from Receptionist was very helpful also the manager All in all a lovely holiday we didn’t want to leave but we will be back again we would highly recommend hotel

Lovely hotel. Great for couples for a quiet relaxing holiday. Not much entertainment but had 3 great professional acts in the time we were there. Duo Las Vegas very totally awesome, got everyone up dancing. Fabulous music and an amazing voice. Carlos at the bar is lovely.

Arrived back on the 29th March 2019. The hotel was clean and staff very pleasant, The location is good not to far to walk to the sea front, the entertainment could be better in the evening we had bingo 2nights out of 7. The restaurant was clean and tables cleaned quickly although it was very quiet in the hotel, food was much of the same it was ok. Our room was number 602 and over looked the sea although there was very little room at the bottom of the bed to get past. Bedding was clean and towels changed when we wanted. For what we paid it was good, but as the saying goes you only get what you pay for.

Stayed at the hotel in June. Food was good. Rooms clean and cleaned daily. The hotel was in a good location. Only 5 minutes to the beach. Always able to get a sunbed and brolly. The entertainment was average but we wasn't bothered. It wasn't ideal for children. Not a lot going on for kids. But it was perfect for a relaxing holiday for my husband and I. Plenty of shops and bars 5 minutes down the road. Probably wouldn't go back to the resort because it took over 2 hours on the coach from the airport after lots of drop offs.

clean bright hotel. staff very cheerful and friendly . bad. food cold not cooked properly at every meal especially breakfast cold food on to cold plates does not help it would be better if the plates were warmed up before use

Just spent 10 days at this hotel. 4th to 14th June, the hotel looked the part but sadly it lacks life! Firstly the food was very basic mostly pork not a lot to choose from. The photos of the restaurant give a false impression....there are mirrors which make it look much bigger in the photos and make it look like there are lots of food choices when in fact it is very basic! Any other all inclusive holiday we have been there has been extra cutlery available beside the plates so that you can go up and help yourself as often as you like, you were only given one set of cutlery in this hotel. Every night it was the same desert...bread based pudding with a different topping, it was disgusting! The snack bar was the same EVERY DAY, burgers, hot dog sausages, chicken nuggets (that were as dry as a bone), chips and a small salad selection - not a great choice for kids and NO ice cream. Any other holiday we have been to there has been ice cream and soft drinks available all day for kids and adults alike. We ended up having to eat out in other restaurants which was really bad news as we had already paid for our food being all inclusive. Also I understand the need to use plastic cups at the pool area for health and safety, but to have to use small plastic cups in the hotel and bar area till 7pm is just ridiculous! It's just as well there were hardly any kids at the hotel cause there was NOTHING for them to do and hardly any kids entertainment! The swimming pool was cold all day as it was in the shade till late, we hardly saw anyone in the pool and I was only in it once myself it was that cold! The music playing at the pool area was suicidal and kept repeating all day -they need to update their playlist! Our shower absolutely stank and we had to buy disinfectant to poor down it, it was disgusting and my daughter who was in the room next door her shower kept flooding the bathroom as the water couldn't flow away quickly enough. The hotel itself was spotless and we couldn't fault the cleanliness of it. The cleaners worked very hard to keep up the standards. We had a fridge in our room and this was a bonus as it meant we could buy our own soft drinks and bottles of water and keep it cool. We also bought yogurts and stuff to keep in the fridge so we had stuff to eat. I would NEVER go back to this hotel again. The resort is lovely and I would like to go back again but to a much nicer hotel. Rashtie was brilliant ..hard working and the light and soul of the bar

This hotel is a bit outdated but it makes up for this in other ways. All staff are lovely and friendly, whatever your problem they are happy to help. There is not a large selection at meal times but enough not to get confused and you do not have to walk away hungry. What selection there is its lovely. All staff at the hotel are a credit. If you are expecting 5 star don't go, but if you are expecting a no frills, small and friendly then go here, it's fabulous.

Hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food in the main restaurant was ok. Not really enjoyed by the children. Sometimes the food was a little cold. Snacks was always burgers hotdogs and chips. Location was a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach area but was a long way from the airport and coach transfer took over 2 hours, too many drop offs. Children's entertainment was non existent until 5 days into holiday and then very minimal interaction was made to entertain the children.

I have already done a survey on my previous holiday but had no response. Jet 2 as a company were fantastic but unfortunately this hotel was very dated and needed alot of tender loving care. The good thing about it was that it was very clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We did make a few complaints whilst there as a family surprise 70th birthday holiday but only got action on some of them. 1. food only average and was only luke warm sometimes cold, we was all inclusive but only ate in the hotel on 2 of the evenings of our 10 day stay, rest of time ate out 2. shower leaked 3.hairdryer was like from the 1950s and was useless at drying hair 4. outside shower by pool also leaked and water came through under sunbeds and wet bags 5. pool steps were loose, very dangerous 6. evening entertainment was very poor I understand it was only a 3* hotel but did expect better than what we received for what was paid. I would not recommend this hotel or go back unless it had been updated and repaired

Brilliant hotel. Just got back Thursday after a week with my daughter mylee and I have to say I don't know why some people leave negative reviews. The staff were brilliant the children's entertainers were fantastic with my daughter. It was very clean there was enough choice of food. Plenty to do. I will definitely be returning here for sure.

Lovely time. Small , clean & friendly hotel. Great value for money. Good choice of drinks & food. Quiet location but only 5 minute walk to sandy beach, shops, bars etc Couldn't fault jet2 at all. Would rebook

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Although a little tired and dated. The bedroom was basic but comfortable. Worth what we paid. (Hairdryer was a bit feeble, I'd advise taking your own). Dining, bar and cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. However reception staff were not. Appearing only to do what they had to. Food was poor quality and always only luke warm. The salad and hot food were pretty much the same temperature !! Although a reasonable selection was available for what we paid. The entertainment was suitable for the more mature person and only in Spanish. So if you fancy playing Bingo it might be a challenge. We were there in mid to late March so didn't actually use the outdoor pool but lying beside it when the sun was warm enough was comfortable and private.
