Zafiro C'an Picafort

Hotel is nice, great for kids. The rooms are quite dated and could do with a refurb. We had picked a swim up room which was perfect for the kids with a big terrace for them to play. They are 19 months and 3. Food was OK in the buffet, just what you would expect from an all inclusive. Location was OK, although we didn't really find any where nice to eat out on an evening so ended up upgrading to all inclusive. The food round the pool was lovely! the evening entertainment was poor and not a lot for the kids to get involved with.

Had a great time with our 20month old! Lots to do for them - park, trampoline, swimming and activities. The entertainment and the staff was were great and the rooms while basic were clean and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel for families. Only negative was that the pool was too cold for our wee one to go in but this could be down to weather (we were here end of may). Which was a shame as the slides etc looked great.

Fantastic hotel very clean and tidy. Excellent restaurant on site buffet was amazing and I'm a fussy vegetarian. Kuds loved trying new things. The only downside was the pool was freezing but it was quite cold for April.

What an amazing hotel! Friendly staff and always so happy. The hotel was always clean and well presented as were the rooms. We upgraded to a Royal suite and I would highly recommend this to anyone staying at this hotel. We will most Definately be rebooking and next time going all inclusive. The range of food suited all of our family wants. Our children loved the pool areas and the big blue bouncy pod, it was an all round fantastic holiday and somewhere we feel will become a regular annual spot for us. We were very impressed to say the least!

Having booked this hotel as part of a package holiday I was unsure of what to expect. The reality far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious with regular housekeeping visits. The communal areas of the hotel and the many pools were all superb with many water based activities available, both outdoors and indoors. Entertainment and activities for children were very good. By far the biggest surprise was the food. It was of excellent quality with a vast choice of local and international cuisine on each day. The menu was changed each day with several of the main dishes being cooked in front of you - so always fresh. All in all we had an excellent holiday and felt that the hotel offered very good value for money.

One of the best hotels i have stayed in and there have been a few great everything no one could say a bad thing about this hotel or the staff.The food and drinks were of a very high standard always hot food and good choice for everyone. really great for kids

Just returned from a family holiday at the Zafiro and for a 4 star hotel it's outstanding! Better than some 5 star hotels we've stayed in. From the moment you arrive you sense how friendly and clean this hotel is. Everywhere is immaculate including your room with the daily maid service. Loved the little touches like snacks and drinks on arrival in your room. We booked the Royal Terrace with bali beds and jacuzzi and my teenagers loved it. Wouldn't necessarily have gone for this type of room with babies and toddlers as the steps up were quite steep leading from the lounge and they had gaps in. Also the terrace was red hot. If travelling with small children go for the garden room with swim up, gorgeous little pools for the tiny ones and they come with sunbeds and a hammock. The facilities are amazing, I lost count of how many pools there were, maybe 10? Big pirate ship in the water, pool pillow and huge slide you go down on a dinghy, plus there are life guards everywhere! Brilliant selection of food, drinks and facilities. Reception staff are brilliant. You do have to pay for a safe in your room plus the new tax charge for travelling to Spain, which was about 16 euros each for the adult, kids don't have to pay. Fantastic location with the resort centre and beach a mere 10 mins stroll away. Tons of bars, restaurants and shops. La Pinta and Pirates was two of our favourites. The resort and beach are also immaculate. Prices vary from 2-5 euros for a pint, 6-8 for a pizza and 10-25 for an evening meal depending on if you went for pasta or opted for top of the range steak! Overall A brilliant holiday, the hotel deserves a 5 star rating and we would go back here in a heart beat!

What a fantastic holiday we have just had! This hotel is perfect for families, particularly if you have young children. Thr apartment was huge, with a lovely big balcony. The food was brilliant, such a good choice and a different theme every night. There was plastic cutlery, plates, bowls and cups for the kids, and a separate kids station as part of the buffet. Loads of tables already set up with high chairs, and staff constantly cleaning up any spillage. The pools are amazing! Such a wide range we never got bored! Everywhere around the hotel was spotless. The park, rides and trampolines meant that we didn't really need to go into the resort centre apart from when we visisted the beach. We didn't watch any of the evening entertainment, but went to the mini disco every night and loved it! The kids loved joining in with the dances and we did end up purchasing the music cd! Our kids didn't use the kids clubs but there were lots of things going on if you wanted to participate. The beach was a ten minute walk which was fine for us to walk with our youngest in the buggy. The only thing I would say is that the balcony lights get automatically turned off around half 11- I'm assuming to keep any noise down. However I feel that I should have been able to decide when I wanted the lights off, as myself and my husband light having a drink and a game on the balcony when the kids are asleep. Otherwise this place is perfect! We want to return next year!

Lovely family holiday returning to a Zafiro hotel next year as we loved it so much lots to do for children, beautiful clean resort. We went self catering as we prefer to eat out most nights, but were pleasantly surprised that the hotel restaurant was great value and the food was lovely with different themes throughout the week. I emailed the hotel before hand to request a bottom floor room as I have two small children and my mum has bad legs and they were more than happy to accommodate my request. It was also my mum n husbands birthday whilst we were there and we received a complimentary bottle of wine with a birthday greeting from the hotel manager on both dates which was a lovely gesture. Also took advantage of the resort check in for our luggage to be collected from the hotel with Jet2 made coming home with to small kids completely stress free. Thank you Zafiro and Jet2 for a fabulous holiday we will be returning next year to Zafiro Palma Nova.

Excellent family hotel. Great for kids, the pools are superb. The beach is a short walk away. The food is great and plenty of choice (and I'm a picky vegetarian) The staff are lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
