I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was spotlessly clean and the rooms are very comfortable. We were all inclusive and the variety and quality of the food was very good indeed. The pool and pool area is a good size and the sun loungers were plentiful. Compliments to the hotel staff who all worked very hard to ensure that high standards were maintained in every aspect during our stay. The hotel is in a nice quiet location but it is only short walk into the centre of Cala Bona. All in all a great holiday at a hotel that offers exceptional value for money.

Third visit to the best friendliest hotel. Only a 3 star but food great , cleanliness 1st class ,staff cannot do enough! It was our Golden wedding anniversary while we were there & had seen loads of balloons in the restaurant for various celebrations & so mentioned to Carmen on reception we didn’t want any fuss! On returning from a day out we were greeted to a large bunch of flowers & 6 golden balloons. Thanks Carmen & management for making our day special

From start to finish of our wonderful 10 day holiday there was nothing we could complain about and for the price we paid it was excellent value for money. Our room was great and spacious with separate lounge and although I had emailed the hotel to ask for a top floor room on arrival they had allocated us a ground floor room but once I have spoke to the lovely lady on reception that was soon rectified and we had a top floor room on the end of the main building which was lovely and quiet. All the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was what I would have expected for the price we paid and there was always something to suit both me and my husband. With the hotel being a small hotel all the guests interacted which was really nice and the entertainment was good some nights but we did have 3 Karaoke nights throughout our 10 night stay which were just OK so I would recommend the hotel gets a few more acts but obviously we were there in May so maybe when the season gets into full swing they may do this. All in all yet another wonderful holiday with Jet2 Holidays

Fourth time here , same staff every year and they have become good friends. Always smiling and never stop working! The cleaning lady is excellent as is Carmen on reception and the lovely courtesy driver.. Alex on the entertainment had a new helper this year who did a fine job and must give credit to the kitchen/ catering team who work their socks off. See you all next year x

good enough hotel made nicer by great staff, clean rooms and good service. Entertainment was hit and miss but no one forced you to take part. Outside pool was too cold to swim in although a few braved it, the indoor pool was small and only a little warmer. The food was varied enough but the hot food was barely warm and the choices was similar everyday. beds were the usual uncomfortable kind.

We arrived at our hotel a couple of hours before the storm on 9/10. Several problems (ie power cut and no water) arose from this storm which took 24hrs to rectify altogether but in all this time the staff smiled, still produced food and drinks, cleaned up the water damage from the storm and rose above it all. Well Done everyone at Ferrer Isabel. Overall we had a lovely week. The staff were lovely, helpful & informative. We stayed All Inclusive. There was a plentiful supply of food at every serving, some better than others, some of the lamb chops were very chewy, pork was always lovely. lots of lovely salads. If you expect a full english breakfast don't get too excited; everything is there but continental versions of it, A reasonable choice of alcohol included on the all inclusive, Amstel beer, white & red wines (occasionally the red was from a tap & was chilled!!), Cava. We didn't really look at the spirits apart from Vodka (me) Gin (him) with tonic so can't comment on the others on the list. About 3 cocktails included on the All Inclusive. The coffee was from a serve yourself machine in the lounge area and restaurant at breakfast. We stayed in the main block and it was fine, nice to have fridge/kettle etc, shame TV was in bedroom, would have suited us more in the living room but wasn't a major problem. Large TV screen in entertainment area for the England Vs Spain which pleased many, unfortunately in half time it was decided to start a game of bingo which went on longer than half time much to hubby's shock/horror!! On the whole a lovely holiday in Cala Bona, with a fab shuttle service to nearby Cala Millor. Market in Cala Millor worth a look on Mondays. Nice 10-15 minute walk into to town of Cala Bona, lots of little Spar supermarkets there and a useful supermarket downstairs in the hotel opposite Ferrer Isabel. Came home with lots of mozzie bites so take repellent, we had to buy it there and sprayed the rooms in the evenings before going downstairs for meals/entertainment but even then didn't do the job completely as well as buying a plug in killer for overnight. Would possibly consider another holiday there.

Just back from a weeks holiday with my sister.Believe all the good reviews! This is a gem of a hotel which cares about the customers experience.Yes it is only 3 Star but there aren’t enough stars to reflect the service provided by the staff.It is situated just on the edge of Cala Bona but we really enjoyed the walk along the promenade after dinner. We usually called in to the hotel Cala Bona as the entertainment there is fantastic every night.The hotel is quite small but feels very personal and it was very easy to get to know other guests, many of whom have visited this hotel many times. Take note of all of the good reviews, they are true and well deserved!The hotel is due for a refurb in 2020 and we just hope that it doesn’t lose any of its simple charm.We loved it and would return in a heartbeat

Room very basic, could do with a bit of updating. Service of reception staff excellent, bar staff could be friendlier, staff in resturant are not quick enough in clearing the empty plates away. Felt very cramped in dining room a bit like sardines in a can. Food is a bit boring and repetitive (too much pork). Desserts could definitely be better, a lot of jelly (which were very nice). Good assortment of fruit. Soups were ok too. There are 2 pools one indoors and one outside. The outside pool area is too small for the amount of guests that like to sunbath. Pool not big enough with all the inflatables allowed in it.. Entertainment could definitely be better. Walk into town takes about 10 minutes and entertainment is much better. Have paid less money to stay in a 4 star hotel so not good value for money.
