Garcia Resort

Lovely family holiday, had two rooms, both large with terrific views over the lagoon and sea, beds were extremely comfortable, and room tidied every day, beds made, clean towels. Great selection of food, and extremely well presented, the soup is gorgeous, and a great selection of salads, and puddings. Always 4 or 5 different meat dishes and vegetables. The only thing I would put as a negative would be the specials stand with is different every day, and has starter and main could be abit hotter, always tried the special, the beef and gravy was divine, and the prawn piella was amazing. The entertainment was just dancers and quizzes, a singer or band would be good once or twice a week,as an improvement. The staff are very attentive, lovely and friendly, work hard. A few tweeks and this could be an amazing hotel! We had a fantastic time, ate too much drank to much and relaxed to full potential!! Ouldeniz is a must for an evening, great Italian restaurant there right on the corner, and a bar that has a great singer on a Wednesday and Saturday along the front. Paraglide with reaction great company with bags of experience. Hisnarou properly worth a look just to see how awful itis!!! The hotel have a Turkish shave facility for about a fiver, which both my son and husband used, which they loved, also used the spa and had a couples massage, which was so relaxing, worth a go.

2nd year in a row been here everything is excellent except the food the food was a lot worse than last year we went 10 days without chips they gave u toast potatoes at breakfast but just rice at lunch and tea food could do with being warmer it was only like warm at the best eat out a lot but the hotel location cleanliness is the very highest of standards the staff are very hardworking

Bad food and drink options for children. Our entire family had diarrhoea for the whole week due to the food. Staff speak limited English.Lovely swimming pools and views of the coast. Good location - 5 minutes taxi ride from the beach.Overpriced and not a 5 star hotel as advertised.

Great holiday, brilliant and professional staff especially in the dining room. Thanks to Nuhrgu and Erkut. Great location for walks and scenery. Some main course dishes could be better choice but no complaints. Our third visit, and will return next year.

We just returned for this hotel and all I can say is it excellent. All the staff were so friendly always happy and helpful. We will definitely go back next year. Food as in any all inclusive is a bit repetitive but plenty of choice and the bar snacks are nice and it has a 24 bar

We had an absolutely fabulous time at the hotel Garcia. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you, even the lady cleaning our room was wonderful. There was so much choice of food that you would always find something for everyone to eat. We always managed to get a sunbed with parasol when we went round the pool, which we needed as being very fair skinned. The pools were excellent and roomy. The rooms had aircon in which was devine. As we went with 2 older children we were able to have an al a carte evening just me and my husband (while my daughters went in the buffet room) and it was excellent. If we left the hotel we got a taxi, which were fairly cheap. Day trips we got picked up from hotel and dropped off again. We would definately stay again. Thank you for making our holiday fantastic.

Looks a lovely hotel on arrival, the interior was spacious, the room was modern and comfortable. However, the cleanliness was below standard, the food was poor, the staff could not understand English, the Ala Carte was a joke, the swimming pool near the water slides stunk of sewerage. Would not recommend a visit under current conditions.

Hotel was good but food was cold it was also out of the way up a steep hill, this meant that transport was required to get about. The "entertainment" was virtually non existent and the staff did not really speak unless we asked them something.

This was our first all-inclusive holiday; we normally do our own motoring trips in Europe but needed to completely relax and switch off. This is what we got at the Garcia hotel. Every member of staff was patient and helpful, despite the long shifts they work in the heat. Our room was modern, clean and spacious. There was a bad smell from the plumbing when we first arrived, because the traps in the shower and the basin had dried out, but turning the taps on for about five seconds to fill the traps up again, solved the problem. The room was cleaned daily and a fresh bottle of water left. There is a kids club for 4-12 year olds, however our 10 year old felt a bit old for this and was more than happy using the pool and waterslide, or reading by the pool. The hotel is a bit remote but we liked this. You do need to take a taxi to Olu Deniz for shopping and the beach. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to a beach called green park, which we didn't like at all. It was crowded and grimy compared to the hotel, and once there you are obliged to buy food and drink from the cafe there. If you want a beach experience would definitely recommend getting off at the main beach in Olu Deniz - you pay for a sunbed but it's so much nicer and handy for the shops and bars. To be honest the Garcia hotel has everything you need. Buffet restaurant was excellent, as were the drinks. We especially liked the poolside restaurant: a simple menu but everything freshly cooked and delicious, with friendly service, especially from Çan. Really liked the ice cream hour, followed by teatime with cakes and biscuits. Also thought there was an excellent choice of activities and entertainment. The staff work so hard all day long and I enjoyed the aqua aerobics and body-shaping which don't go on too long to drag you away from your sunbed but are enough to counteract the endless supply of tasty food and drink!! We thought Marta, Ozzy Maya and Toby were excellent in organising the crowd without being in your face. Well Done to them all, we were really sad to leave them!! We definitely would return to this hotel, and such good value for our week.

Our 2nd time here and it just get better. Rooms are spacious, modern, very clean and finished to a high standard. Maid service everyday, and beach/sunbed towels everyday so you dont have to pack that extra weight. There is something to eat for everyone in the restaurant, B-B-Q everyday and 3 service counters full of different cuisine hot and cold. I ate so much I thought I was going to pop ! .Free bus service down the hill into the pretty resort of Olu Deniz and the Blue Lagoon. Lots of bars, restaurants and bargins. We will definately be going back and would highly recommend this hotel and area. Superb.

hotel 5 star food very good and plenty of choice bedrooms very clean and plenty of room balcony very big English pub very nice and all incl 24 hrs staff very friendly only negative was the lovely swimming pools not being used as they were too cold thanks to the management and staff for a lovely wks stay and having been to turkey more than 10 times this is the best hotel we have stayed in will certainly return

Hotel and design and hillside setting is fantastic,views are beautiful,food is varied and cooked to a high standard,rooms with sea view excellent,only downside is you have to get a taxi everywhere due to remote area and not enough English speaking staff in fact 50% of the staff couldn't speak English,entertainer Toby was fantastic and always put a smile on your face,l recommend this Hotel but 10 days was enough given the lack of stuff to do.
