This was my 3rd visit to this hotel and although it had changed management on each visit it did not disapoint. I went out there with 2 other families and put a request in to have our rooms close by each other which was met. They can't do enough to make your holiday amazing. We arrived very Kate around 1am and were served a proper meal in the 24/7 restaurant. They were all so obliging and friendly. The morning after we went to the pool. There were plenty of sunbeds but it was a little quiet due to being a Sunday. Went for a Turkish bath in the spa followed by a massage. This cosy £55 gbp and was worth every penny. The entertainment team were amazing, especially Harry who always went out of his way to speak to us. He is a credit to the team. The pool games and pink foam party were a hit with the children. What I did find was that the pool this time was much warmer than on previous visits. I just cannot fault this hotel at all and will definitely be returning next year. This is a hotel I would certainly recommend to everyone.

Loved the place. Staff very attentive and very friendly. So many choices for eating and several places to eat. The place was clean and tidy. The room was cleaned everyday and air conditioned. Hairdryer in room and a free safe. Small shampoos and shower gels in room topped up everyday as was the drinks in the fridge.The entertainment was brought in and not just reps doing their stuff. There was a good choice of entertainers from circus acts to dancers and bands. Disco venue on site but as was tucked in a corner not many people knew about it. Range of people from families ,couples , older people ,groups of people. Not a problem as suited for everyone . Great priced watersports and not pushy about getting you on them. Doctor on site. Security on site so very safe. Definitely would go back. About 40 mins from airport so not too long.

This is our third time to this hotel as every time we have been before it’s been great. Unfortunately it was very disappointing this visit it. It was full off groups of Turkish guys which they took over the hotel. They were rude and we couldn’t relax at the pool as all you could here was them Playing there music even at night when you were sitting up stairs havi g a drink they had the boom boxes blasting. This hotel should decided what’s it’s going to be either 18-30 of be family friendly. The food was average and you could only go to the alacarte restaurants once. Rooms need to be updated. Will not be recommending this hotel.

Just come back from a great family holiday in August, lovely location away from the main resort, great hotel with great food. Main pool quite busy but there is also a relax pool which my wife loved. My daughter loved the water slides and the private beach. Lots of choice of food in the main buffet restaurant and lots of options of snack bars to choose from between meal times. Only negative sometimes other guests were quite loud at night but all in all a great holiday!
