Sol Torremolinos Don Pedro

This hotel only caters for Spanish guests all entertainment was in Spanish. Very rude waitresses knew we were English and served Spanish first even though my husband was next in the que. Felt so sorry for my little girl she couldn’t join in watching the movies because she couldn’t understand it and we picked this holiday for the reputation of the kids club. We paid for bed and breakfast I couldn’t eat the cutlery was so dirty. My little girl fell and cut her head I asked the reception for first aid he couldn’t understand me at all luckily it wasn’t serious. Everyday we were there we had to have technician in room either the safe was stuck with a high pitched beeping or due to aleak in bathroom. Shouldnt be advertising to English people as it didn’t cater for English people at all. Great location that’s all that was good about this place

Last year we booked with this hotel 10 months in advance and were given terrible rooms overlooking a building site. When we said we were contacting Jet2, better rooms were found. We decided to give it another go and booked last October for late July this year. Could not believe it when we were given a corner room with no balcony and sealed windows!! We had to put our suitcases in the bathroom cos the room was so tiny. When we complained, we had to wait until the next morning to get a better room, and then, only after pestering them! The hotel complex itself is lovely and 3 mins walk from the beach. Breakfasts were lovely, but we were half board and there wasn’t much choice if you didn’t like fish- which I don’t. We reported it to the Jet2 rep who was very helpful. When we came back from the beach one day , there was ONE bottle of water and a packet of biscuits as an apology 🙁 ( we don’t drink!) . Would not stay here again.

Hotel and sister hotels fantastic and spotless. Use of 9 pools wonderful. Views across to the beach magnificent. Location perfect and safe with security gates and guards. Could have had more bar staff during peak hours as service bit slow.

The Don Pedro had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Across the road from the beach, access to eight pools, first class accommodation, great food and close to a good selection of bars. With a short transfer time from the airport, what more did we need.

Excellent hotel in a very good location close to restaurants and bars and directly opposite the beach. Cannot ask for a better hotel . The pools were very nice and lots of sun beds around them all .we stayed on a bed and breakfast basis _ breakfast were delicious

Thoroughly recommend this Hotel. Absolutely spotless. Food wonderful. Location superb. Staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely return. One of the best hotels we have stayed in and the fact that the facilities of thevDon Marco and Don Pablo are also available is excellent.

The Dons complex is well worth a stay. Good food, good service,good entertainment evening time,helpful friendly staff and very clean even the grounds are well kept. Its a bit of a walk to the square up 100 odd steps if you dont get the lift up, but after all the good food a bit of exercise does you good!

Loved all the different choice of pools and bars. We have been here over a period of 20 years and do like the new look of the place. The food is excellent and a good selection to choose from, although the dining room staff did not appear to be as friendly as previous staff. The reception staff were nice and friendly. We would definitely come back again in a few years time as we love the area.

Hotel was lovely, breakfast was poor and coffee was terrible. We booked the Don pedro but we where put in the marco. Did not make any difference room was nice. Good location easy access to beach places to eat and drink. Overall very good hotel to stay very clean
