lovely hotel. Room was clean and daily room service kept it so. Kids' entertainment team were brilliant Restaurant could do with more staff, as service was slow but people were clearly run off their feet.....

We had a lovely week with family in July. Rooms were spotless, and we had clean towels every day. The pool areas were fantastic, with lots of pool exercise classes every day getting sun loungers was not always easy as the hotel was cery busy. We stayed all inclusive and the food was always fresh and had something for everyone, and drinks were limitless. We had a great holiday and have booked again for September.

My favourite thing was how quiet the pools were every afternoon, not at all overcrowded, loads of room for the kids to play. I would return just for this. My least favourite thing was the food not being labelled with allergens. Another downside was the room layout, the kids either had to sleep next to the balcony or the door to the corridor. Check-in took ages, there was a big queue and the process was overly long-winded.

My family had a great holiday here. Family rooms were good size. Food was always a vast selection. So something for everyone to eat. Evening entertainment was suitable for all ages. Hotel was spotless. Will definitely be coming back! We loved the fact we were so close to the beach. We went all inclusive and definitely worth it!

Everything the kids could have wanted including Aqualand tickets. Fantastic pools at the hotel, terrific buffet breakfast and evening meal, brilliant evening shows which included Mama Mia and the Lion King. Two 13 year olds collapsed every night.

Great location, beach front. Very modern, large hotel. Great for families, pools are lovely. Terraced drinking area at front is great. Rrooms are just average, we were just in normal standard room with side sea view. Only down side is the food. We were all inclusive but food was very bland, unappetizing looking, and same every day, not all inclusive standard I have had before I'm afraid.

Hotel very clean, pool area lovely, room clean, food ok could be a little bit better but overall a very nice hotel and I would return. I went with my little girl aged 6 who loved the kids club. All tho I would say do.not leave anything by the pool as I had my expensive sun glasses taken, hotel staff didn't do anything sort from say oh sorry.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The hotel is immaculate in fact so clean you could eat your food of the floor. cleaning & making up room everyday we were very satisfied. Shower was not working when we arrived told them at reception & it was fixed straight away. Only complaint was shower in bath very slippy & dangerous could do with small bathmat. We were B&B and the food was amazing so much choice.Never used pool as it was too cold but could imagine it would be amazing in the summer. Plenty sunbeds. It was my husbands birthday & what a lovely gesture they came to our room with a small sparkling wine & fruit which i thought was lovely. We would definately go back to this hotel but not in March it was quite cool at this time of year. Hotel was lovely & warm.

We had a brilliant week here in a July with our 18m old. There was plenty to keep everyone entertained and we found the location and design of the kids pools and splash parks was perfect. We found everywhere to be really clean and overall a stress free family holiday! The new Jet2 checkin at resort is also really handy and efficient.

11 nights here in July. Lovely big clean hotel. Good food generally. With my 3 kids 16 19 and 22. Right on the beach. Crocodile park absolutely rubbish don't waste your time. If you do go and to the water park. Make sure you take all passports every visit or they won't let you in. I would definetly return to this hotel.
