Nice hotel in a great seafront position,our room had a sea view,nice to sit on the veranda in the evening,food was good staff were friendly and helpful,easy walking on the prom,we took the bus up to Malaga,well worth a visit

We here and had a fantastic time. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Food really good. Nice pools inside and outside. We would come back again in the future. Not far from the beach too. Supermarkets near.

Hotel looks good on first impression but is not 4 star or a family hotel. Staff are unfriendly, unhelpful & look as if they don't want to be there. Service at the bar is very poor during day not a problem at night as no one in hotel as no entertainment to keep people in hotel despite all inclusive package. Bedroom was cleaned once in 5 days we were there and had to ask for clean towels & toilet rolls on 3rd day. The microwave in our room didn't work & initially we had no kettleFood was ok if not cooked but cooked food mostly over-cooked, soggy & cold. Dining room was down about 10 steps which was a nightmare with a baby in a pushchair. Buffet lunch on all inclusive menu never materialised, so we had to pick from limited unappetizing bar snack menu, as not enough people in hotel. This hotel does not deliver on any level, will certainly not be going here again

Stayed here for a week in June.was very impressed.reception staff were very friendly and helpful.the rooms were lovely,very clean and the king-size bed so comfortable.room was nice and spacios.cooking facilities basic,ok for making breakfast.pool area lovely and always clean.plenty of sun loungers.its in a lovely location,the beach is a 2 minute walk,it's close to restaurants and shops.there's a lift in the hotel that brings you up to the old town where there's lots of good shops and eateries.had a fantastic week here and would definitely stay here again.

Just arrived back after a all inclusive 5 night break. The hotel is clean, and food is good at the hotel. The drinks are not watered down, and they make the cocktails in front of you, it is good value for money. We had a room on the second floor with a balony, which was nice, unfortunately not much of a view, but always cool as no sun in the day time.The problem we had was it is mostly a self catering floor, which was full of families. As we were just a couple, we found it was very noisy, with children crying in the night, and families shouting in the corridors until 3am in morning. Rooms clean and modern but was given separate beds, and not a double bed as shown in the booking. You have no information leaflets in the room, telling you just small things about the amenities on offer, for example eating areas, fire escape routes from room. You have to pay 17 euros for the safe ( 5 nights ), you get 5 euros back, which i find unusual for all inclusive. The staff at reception were not very helpful at all, however staff around the hotel were very polite and always glad to help in anyway.

Great hotel, very clean with good facilities, we were all inclusive, good drinks choice and excellent food. Nice pool area and sun roof terrace, would defiantly recommend this hotel and will be going back again.

Just returned from the MS Aquamarina with 3 adults and 4 kids age from 8-14., We stayed bed & breakfast and were glad we did as their are some lovely places to eat nearby. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice,The pool was a lovely temperature (not too cold) and big enough for the kids to play for half a day without getting bored. No problems getting sunbeds which I found refreshing.Located a short walk from the beach and shops and restaurants and about 10 mins walk to the centre. we had 2 one bedroom apartments and even though very old fashioned were large and clean. Anyone wanting to watch tv don't stay here as only World news in english. If you like to see the sea from your balcony ask for a pool view, I emailed the hotel and got a perfect room. We were surprised to find NO Hairdryer but luckily the little shop next door sold them for 10 euros. Also even though the room has a fridge, microwave, Cooking rings, and sink NO Kettle so had to boil water in a pan. Air con worked well. There is no entertainment at all in the hotel but this suited us as we were out most of the time and just used it as a base. Overall fab holiday.

Came here as a family in july very clen hotel very close to the beach perfect for people of all ages we was all inclusive food was good not much choice could do with entertainment at night but that didnt spoil our holiday would reccommend this hotel to anyone

very good holiday in may 2016 lovely room staff and food there were noenglish tv channels but when on holiday tv is not essential the room was spacious very clean we have been before to this hotel and would return again

we have travelled with Jet2 for many years and been to many different places. I don't mind basic as long as it's clean as we don't go on holiday to stay in our room and watch tv but having booked and paid extra for a 'double deluxe room' with a terrace I expected better!! On arrival we checked in and were given our room 307, which turned out to be above the main reception. The only thing deluxe about this room was the flat screen TV and the deep mattress on the double bed which was comfy. Although there was a kettle there was no where to safely plug in and use if travelling with a youngster!! The kettle pieced on the edge of the sink as there was no where else to plug it in. The room was dark and overlooked a flat roof and several washing lines and satellite dishes!! The 'terrace ' we paid for was an ordinary balcony with a small round plastic table and two chairs, just about enough room to manoeuvre around these. The room always felt cold as the sun didn't come on these balconies at all. We didn't unpack and immediately asked to be moved which Maria on reception told us wasn't possible. The next day we asked again and were shown another room which was although was a one bedroom, felt claustrophobic and stifling and in need of refurb. On the third day of asking we eventually got a room which overlooked the pool area. Exactly the same room as we originally had minus the flat screen tv and deep mattress but so much better, brighter and welcoming! We took it. What a difference!! Friends of ours who booked a one bedroom were also originally put above the reception but were charged extra 100 euros to move rooms !!! The hotel is nice and clean. Staff hardly welcoming though. Location is good, walk through car park opposite and your on the beach front. There is a lift which goes to the rear of the hotel and this is good for the town. Out and about is good although can be bit of a climb into the town at the top until you discover the public lift. Beach was lovely and the guy at the Macarena beach bar put wind cheaters up which cut out the wind and put our sun beds in a little sun trap. Hotel bar was deserted except when the football was on one night but none of the Dutch fans (14 of them brought a drink) this closed at 12. Overall a good holiday in a clean hotel with a good location. Don't use the little supermarket next to the hotel - very pricey. Taxis always out side the hotel if you want to venture further.
