Food cold and the same every day chef did not know how to cook a thin breast of chicken was pink inside Staff not bothered to serve you or not Some rooms face brick wall some rooms face ongoing building works and are very noisy But worst of all if you dont like lifts and have to use the stairs they are nothing short of a death trap they only have a hand rail on right hand side going down and the stairs turn very narrow thus causing a trip hazard as append to my wife if you must use the stairs please use the left hand side This hotel works the wrong way round so if you want a room close to the restaurant ask for a room on the 6th floor To get to the sea front you have to go down 8 floors and then 6 min walk The only good thing about this hotel was the bed the biggest i have ever seen

Hotel was nice and quiet right in the middle of The Old Town and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was okay. Rooms were comfortable and clean only problem not much of a view from the balcony because we was right in the corner. Torremolinos surprised us by how nice and relaxed it was plus we walked to Benalmadena Harbour which took about 40 minutes along the prom. Overall pleasant experience and would stay again at Hotel Remix.

The rooms were lovely and the beds comfortable and huge. Our shower was cold, we did manage to get it warm for a couple of times, but on the whole it was a week of cold showers, not my favourite. We kept getting locked out of our room, and having to get the staff to help us, we felt that the room was jinxed. The food was very boring and more or less the same every night.

Great location, great food, great friendly staff. Would of booked again except the last day was sshocking.....wasnt able to keep the room and was sent to the roof for a shower with no towels, absolutely horrendous as the floor was wet and a man walked straight in to use the toilet. Because of this we wouldn't stay again even though ghe hotel was excellent.

The hotel is situated very well re access to the beach and proximity to restaurants etc. The hotel has some character to it, not just a square box but also has everything you would require whilst on holiday. The staff pleasant and helpful. Food - Decent choice and quality, hot food was always warm which is very unusual for this type of meal. Top marks for that. Rooms - We booked double room /sea view and balcony and that’s what we got on 9th floor, ideal. Speaking to some other guests, not always the case. Be specific because some of rooms have Juliet balcony, state that you want balcony that you can sit on. The beds and pillows a bit hard. Our room had shower over bath which is pretty normal but not a lot of room for stepping out of bath due to close proximity of toilet and bidet, plus side was the seal on screen very good , no leaking onto floor. Within room you also have a safe, which is free of charge and you also have free use of mini fridge which is great. Pool - Very small, but no problem in getting sunbed in morning. Pool towels - 20 euros each deposit which is fair enough but 3 euros each person every day, never had this before and wouldn’t pay, Bought 2 big beach towels for 18 euros instead. Would recommend and return to hotel.

Booked all inclusive. They are not set up for that service. Do not go all inclusive at this hotel. You should be advised that you are right in the heart of the resort and one way takes you to the beach the other takes you to a fabulous centre area. There are bars and restuarants in both areas that have a great selection of any kind of food that will be served hot !!!!! Unfortunatley that is not a concept that this hotel is familiar with HOT FOOD!!! everything was cold at every meal. The hotel is actually a good hotel and the staff are very nice I do not have a clue why it does not work. There is zero atmosphere. There are beautiful bars and terraces but there is no bar service. There is a pool that is detached in that there is no service at that either.
