Booked this hotel as a replacement to a cancellation, didn't have time to read any reviews as it was required quickly. I'll be perfectly honest, I'm glad I didn't read the reviews first as I probably would of avoided it. There seems to be a lot of negative ones , and again in all honesty I've no idea why. The holiday was 5 Star and to say that the hotel was only part of that reason would be underrating it, I have to say the Staff were all polite and always willing to help, the hotel was clean and constantly being kept that way. We had absolutely no issues with the food, there was always plenty to choose from and something available that we enjoyed. If we go back to Roquetas De Mar again, we would definitely book this hotel.

Me and my husband visited here May 2022, and we were not disappoint, the hotel for once looked like the photos, the room view of the beach was beautiful. The hotel was spotless clean, very helpful and the beach is literally on your doorstep, what more can you ask for. This was just what we needed a nice, chilled and relaxing holiday, will defo return here

Hotel was lovely and clean staff were very good .The pools were cold but refreshing .The food was poor a lot of complaints people with children went out to eat . The entertainment was poor only too night were alright . We will not go back.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel friendly staff and clean in all areas. All rooms had a balcony. Lots of food to choose from. We would definitely stay here again. Room was very comfortable and was cleaned every day

hotel catered and entertained mainly for the spanish food was below average always on the cool side .Staff were very good and helpful.plastic and paper cups were plentiful and certainly does not promote a green attitude towards cutting plastic waste.I would not visit the hotel again and no way recommend to friends.In a nutshell not value for money.

I was really pleased upon arrival at this hotel. The pictures don't do it justice. Rooms beautiful and extremely spacious. Couldn't fault them at all. Meals lovely and a wide variety of choice even for me being a vegetarian. My only downside to this hotel was on the evenings. The main bar area is used for kids club which goes on quite late. Excellent for those with kids but not really good for those without children. After a couple of days I couldn't stand the repetitive noise and stopped going in. There really should be a separate area for drinks and kids club. That is my only complaint. The pools are beautiful, lots of sun lounges and bar/snack bars at both pool areas. Location was perfect for me... Not a busy place just a few little shops bars and restaurants. If you want lots to do it's not the place to go but was ideal for me for a relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend and would definitely go back again. Travelled with jet2 who I can say were excellent too. Very pleased.

I went in may and not everything was open only one room to sit in so if you don't like the entertainment it's tough,only news on TV sky and BBC ,they mostly cater for Spanish ,not much nite life and even at my age found it boring at nite, weather great but can get very windy and cold at nite this time of year would not go again

What a wonderful place to stay. Slightly out of season, so very quiet. Hotel staff were lovely, friendly and happy to help, nothing too much trouble. All aspects of the hotel were clean and tidy, including the pool area, which was kept clean by policing the outdoor eating bar which was a great idea. Two pools, one for families, one quiet - perfect. As for dining, I dont think I have ever so much choice and variety, including salads, breads, grill, fish, vegetarian, pasta... and desserts galore. Lots of entertainment on in the evenings too. The hotel felt a bit tired in places but our room was big, clean, modern with a beautiful view of the sea, which I believe you can see from most of the rooms. Wish you were here? We wish we were again!

couldn't fault the staff or the hotel. Hotel has direct access to beach. Perfect for relaxing holiday. No noisy bars or clubs if you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. Very flat and you can walk for miles. Pebbly beach but didn't hinder you going in the sea, The sunbeds were the best ever with the deepest mattress ever!!

Were given the wrong room should have been a disabled room but sorted with reception. Staff room pool all very good . The food was quite honestly the worst I have ever had. We have stayed in roquetas 7 times so know it is very Spanish but what they served up was atrocious

I just can recommend this.hotel our kids (3,1) absolutely enjoying staying here. food for first few days has better quality when hasn't been too much busy after that when more people came to hotel the quality of hot food (lunch, dinner ) goes bit down but still good . Cow milk for baby avaliable all day. Animation team brilliant but I would expect that Rocky (hotel mascot ) will be every day visible for.kids.Location very good loads things to do. For the future we will using Roc hotel in Cuba . definitely we would come back .

Not quite a 4 star hotel and the food was basic and repetative. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have a tv but spanish chanels only! We had a 16 month old toddler with us who would have loved the mini disco/childrens entertainment but it did not start until 9.30pm!!! (Well past her bedtime) All in all the hotel and entertainment is aimed at the Spanish guests which is fine but wish it had been advertised with that information.
