db Seabank Resort & Spa

It’s 8-10 times we’ve stayed here and as you can tell , we just love it. Would recommend to anyone. Every time we come, there’s always something new that been added. Popping back for another shot to break in December.

The hotel was really clean and the family room was great. Perfect for a family of 4. However I would not pay extra for a pool view. Pool view rooms overlook the Dome which is where the evening entertainment is. Although advertised to only stay open to 11pm, it didn’t shut until 12am and each night large groups stayed outside the bar until past 1am without any staff asking them to move on. We ended up requesting to move room which the hotel did accommodate. The buffet was ok, the food was warm not hot, but there was a good selection. The only issue is they let people from outside the resort into the buffet and closed off sections, which meant hotel guests had to wait. As part of the all inclusive package you could eat at the 5 other restaurants, however only 3 were open and the hotel staff wouldn’t tell us when we could book for the closed ones, this was a theme with many guests asking at reception & both looked like they had permanently closed down. The Laguna buffet also wasn’t open regular advertised, either shut for a private booking or just closed.

Holiday at this hotel started with a few issues about registration and rooms but they were resolved by the manager. The hotels facilities were good. The restaurants and rooms were very good, especially staffs. The beach front location in Melieha was perfect for families and for commuting into Gozo and Valetta.

Db Seabank is located in a great position. There is a lovely sandy beach just across the road. The restaurants offer great choices and nationalities so food is different every day depending where you go. The pools are very clean and loungers are available for everyone. Staff are very friendly and professional. A wonderful holiday.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and we have always enjoyed our stay, this time we did enjoy but the hotel is very tired and needs updating but it’s spotlessly clean as always. The full board option really needs to change, the food was repetitive and sometimes cold and very much set up for every other nation apart from the British

We stayed at this hotel in 2019 and decided to go again this year. Whilst it was a good stay it had gone downhill since our last stay, but that could have been due to the pandemic. It does need updating as we did notice some things which could have easily been dealt with.

Brilliantl holiday from start to finish. Love love loved the adults pool and bar. The staff there wher great. Food was amazing. Tried all restaurants except the Brazilian all were very good. Only there for a week so didn’t venture out and about. Not a lot around

Fantastic stay at the DB seabank, we had a week of glorious sunshine, great surroundings and came across some great people who work at the hotel. Ignore the mixed reviews, nowhere is perfect but this comes close!

The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were very friendly and the pool was great with plenty of sunbeds. The only issue we had was the choice of drinks and not been able to have an ice-cream aroubd the pool without paying €3.50 for 1.

Overall a good experience. nice big family room, variety of foods, ice cream was not the best as different people reviewed. 7 restaurants was actually one as you have to book for the others ones but no one tells you you are only allowed to book once per week (so in reality you only have only one main restaurant). we have been to the Italian one which was really nice as well as the Brazilian one. The show for the kids was good as they are entertained, really nice show for adults after the kids one. nice pools for kids and adults, have had done a massage which was a first, good experience. good prices for taxi we went to Valetta and was like 35minutes drive and Sliema. I found that there is not really much to see around but the resort is just across the sea. I would recommend this place and definitely would go again in future

Disappointed with additional restaurants advertised as part of the all inclusive package.Some of the restaurants only have 30 covers for each sitting and some of the larger restaurants were only open for 2-3 nights a week.Apart from this the hotel is in an excellent position with good facilities and helpful staff.Family rooms are well equipped and spacious and there is a good choice of food and all inclusive drinks

Came again this year after a great visit last year. Visit the hotels web site. Our opinion is every claim they make is true, especially food, drink and service. Only warning is this is a family hotel so if you don't like children it's not for you, We are proud grandparents and ex teaching so sharing with the young folk clearly having a great time adds to our enjoyment of the hotel. Hope to visit with our twin grandchildren in the future.

The hotel has everything you could need and the location is fabulous. The facilities were available for everyone from the very young to the very old. The views were just stunning all around the area. It was just amazing 😉
