Villa Fiorella Art Hotel

So to start with the positives. View from the balcony was amazing, sea view with Capri in the background - phenomenal. Staff so nice, couldn’t be more helpful and always had a smile regardless of where or when you saw them. Also the cleanliness is superb and can’t be faulted. Food and restaurants lovely and views to match. Would highly recommend having a drink in the Sky Bar - amazing. Now the negatives. We booked a superior double - there was nothing superior about this room. Apart from the view, the room itself was very basic, no more than what you would get from a Holiday Inn. We could have lived with that however we were in room no2, very close to reception and the walls are paper thin. We could hear everything. At least we weren’t in no1 as can only imagine how noisy this would be. The ground floor rooms are also situated below the restaurant, and you can hear every scrape of a chair, people talking and pretty much everything that is happen there so if you are looking for an early night, bring earplugs. If you want to sleep past 7am when breakfast begins, then this will be an issue as again all you hear is chairs scraping on the ground. Such a shame because it has so much potential to be awesome and for what you are paying for these rooms just can’t recommend this hotel unless you are booking a suite away from reception or the restaurant.

Beautiful and peaceful setting . Lovely hotel with attentive staff and great food. Loved the roof terrace for drinks to watch the sunset. Clean and well maintained . Pool setting gorgeous and gym available too. Interesting artwork throughout.

Lovely hotel - very clean and comfortable throughout. Breakfast very good. Lunch at pool bar also very nice as was dinner in the restaurant. Bar and restaurant are expensive however views are fantastic. All members of staff are very pleasant and very helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Lovely rooms with very comfy beds - we were not happy with first room were allocated however this was resolved by the reception staff. We will definitely return to Villa Fiorella and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends

Simpy the best! This hotel enjoys a superb location overlooking the Bay of Naples. Each evening the sun sinks behind the island of Ischia as you fine dine in the hotel's beautiful glass dining room and are waited upon by the most friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely revisit this hotel.
