Petros Hotel

Great location, amazing staff, relatively quiet around the pool. Unfortunately it is in need of a makeover. Bathrooms are in desperate need of updating, beds are rock solid and breakfast is below average with a pretty poor choice of foods and inconvenient times.

We felt that the Petros Hotel fulfilled most of the promised things in the brochure. To summarise our thoughts. The pool is good size with a 8' deep end which made a nice change from shallow pools. Pity the bubble pool bit didn't work but not major problem. The pool is quiet too and many a time you are able to swim on your own and this was in September.Poolside bar is good with tasty snacks and good quality drinks and not too expensive either. Bit irritating how many labels there are around commanding you not to eat food and drink brought in from outside. We thought it was a bit OTT. Breakfast is OK, plentiful but very very samey, some fresh orange juice maybe rather than squash and fresh fruit would have been nice such as grapefruit and oranges.. I wont bang on too much about it.but it could be better. We can only speak for the junior suites which apparently are new this year but we can say the beds are comfortable. Good quality flat screen tele's provided. Bathroom suites are good and modern with attractive fittings. Nice rainforest shower heads. You do get spare twin beds which I suppose is why they are really called junior suites. A fridge is provided which keeps your own drinks cool for when you sit strictly on your own patio :)I was miffed at the extra cost of air conditioning. I felt it was a bit steep so we didn't bother but then of course if you keep your door open the Mozzies get in. If it had been any hotter at night we would have struggled to be honest We have stayed in lots of places through jet2 where Air con is provided as part of the deal and the 7 euros/night or so extra seemed rather exhorbitant. I'm afraid with pound being so weak at the moment it's something we had to fore go.Maid service is excellent, We thought with sheets and towels changed regularly and happy cheerful greetings from all the staff whenever you bumped into them or asked them for assistance.All in all we thought the hotel does warrant it's 3 star rating so that's what we are giving it as an overall rating.

Stayed in this hotel SEP 8th for a week really enjoyed it the staff a very friendly the amenities are very good Sandra on reception is lovely the only downside is the walk to the beach takes about 25 mins to walk

stayed in petros hotel tsivili july for 11 nights bed and breakfast .The rooms were lovely new this summer to Jet2 just a few things missing bin in room would have been nice only tiny one in bathroom. some glasses for taking medication. Maybe a tray to sit kettle and mugs on instead of just on top of fridge. Air con in room was good but very pricey 110 euros for 11 nights. breakfast continental not up to much had continental before but this was basic. ended up going to Sandra's bar for breakfast and found a few others from hotel there to. Did have something to eat at the pool bar which was really good and reasonably priced. overall had a good holiday.

Arrived after early morning flight with Jet2 holidays. Reception area had been revamped but thankfully the staff remained the same, always so helpful and friendly. Allocated a room on the first floor with large balcony. Aircon, fridge and safe deposit box available at extra charge. Hairdryer, kettle and new shower curtains have been added this year. Rooms cleaned very well every day by two lovely ladies. Pool bar opens at 10am if you are a late riser and in need of a bacon roll or full English. Hotel on edge of town and is a 10 minute walk to busier bars and Tavernas. This hotel suits us perfectly and we'll be back again as soon as we can! Thank you for making this a home from home!
