Keri Village by Zante Plaza

On arriving at the destination hotel , me and my friends , were greeted with a friendly welcome .There were nine of us in total. It got alittle complicated at first as our partners did not speak or understand much English , so it took a while to get established filling out the forms provided , I give credit to the receptionist , for her calmness ,in resolving the situation.We were then very kindly offered something to eat wish was a nice welcoming gesture .We politely escorted to our rooms .The rooms were spotless, clean tidy , plenty of storage space , TV , a nice feature was a smartphone , finding out local information and special hotel offers and discounts , the bathroom was clean a good size , with toiletries shower gel hand wash etc There was also a safe provided But at extra cost Not included in package , bed was clean very comfortable , plenty of pillows provided , The cleaning , I can’t say enough about how wonderful they were , nothing was to much trouble. They have so much pride in what they do ,I want to congratulate them on being such a joy seeing the Smiling faces every morning.The hotel grounds are kept clean and tidy , pool area , although I did not use it was spotlessly clean and maintained daily , I won’t go about the usual sunbed huggers with threre towels already clipped to them , needs to be addressed , when not in use .Restraunt , lets start with the food , well there was plenty of it , something for everyone.From soups ,fresh cut bread, fruits deserts , a full English breakfast , first class , vegetarian choices continental style , etc meats ,cheeses, tin fruits , dinner and evening meals had theme everyday of our stay ,from fish ,chicken , lamb , beef , seafood ,The dinning and kitchen staff were all polite and friendly , but I felt alittle under pressure at times , trying to keep up with the demand of replenishing , the food .I congratulate all the kitchen and dining staff , for there professionalism , The bar , plenty of choice From wines spirits , beers , plenty of different cocktails to choose from. In your all enclusive skies the limit , but after 11.00pm drinks have to be paid forPool bar , well that’s ok if your lounging arround the Poole all-day So if you want a drink during theEntertainment , very little , made our own , only to be told by manegment to shut up feeling umilliated in front of other guests , ruined my stay what a shame I have to finish my review , on a sad note,embarrassing

The hotel was extremely nice just not much in the area for to have a stroll, the food was fine and the work force were first class every one of them. The pool area was first class, what they could certainly have is a small shop like in other all inclusive, for nik naks, instead of haveing to use the mini bus to the local mini markets. I have to give the room cleaners a mention, they are exceptional on there cleanliness of the room to a VERY high standered Well Done dose’nt come close to there very high standard. The bar staff, and the restaurant staff were excellent and ver very polite. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday then this is the place to do just that.

Ok but not 4* quality. Should be advertised as 3*. Very small shower. No nice bottles of shower gel etc. Came out of a wall dispenser as in travellodges. We had a suite which consisted of 2 armchairs.

Very secluded hire car if possible but worth every penny of the price would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a quiet holiday , Room was lovely, always sunbeds , staff where friendly and helpful, food was always good with lots to choose from .I can't complain about any part of my holiday here , I would go back to this hotel again .

Firt class location in a slightly elevated location away from the coast. Our taxi driver said we would love the gentle breeze away from the coast - and he was right. Our Superior Room was huge, with a well furnished living area.Pool area was great with no pressure on finding sunbeds. Could not fault any of the meals - a substantial variety of well presented food. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Quality of all-inclusive drinks was fine - only downside was they ran out of Gin. Would definitely return.

Relaxed, quite, friendly and out of the way. We went for a week to chill out and we certainly did that. The hotel was clean, the food was good and the service excellent. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

Great hotel staff warm and welcoming, fod excellent with a great choice for all meals. Rooms big and comfortable bathroom very big but shwer very very small with only a shiwer curtain which meant bathroom floor got soaked!

Lovely hotel surrounded by countryside. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful and food good. It was remote but there was a minibus with trips to the beach three times a day and a weekly evening trip to the village and cliffs to see the sunset. The rooms were simply furnished but adequate.

If you want a relaxing good quality holiday away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place to stay. Set up in the hills Keri Village is a modest hotel in size, only two storeys high, for adults only. Michael, the Manager and his staff gave excellent, hard working service ensuring all clients are happy & comfortable during your stay. They were always cheerful and friendly and had a great sense of humour. The pool was a decent size and there was often a good choice of sun loungers and parasols. Most of the time it was wonderfully quiet and relaxing around the pool and grounds of the hotel. It was lovely to see lots of beautiful butterflies and swallows which were in abundance. The food was good and plenty of it! The rooms in all areas were kept nice and clean. We didn't use the shuttle bus as we had a hire car for the whole 2 weeks, so we were able to get out and explore the island when we wanted to. It was very hot when we were there so we were glad of the air-conditioning. There doesn't seem to be much in the way of historical interest to look at on the island compared to other Greek islands but we did see some Mycean tombs on one of our trips out. The highlight of our stay was hiring a boat for one day where we visited "turtle island" across the bay. I would definitely recommend staying here and would return again. What a wonderful 10 days! The hotel is lovely, the staff are so caring and kind! The pool area is great nice music not loud and raucous. Good pool bar with excellent snacks. Food very good, great pasta and look out for the chicken a la creme-yum yum! Do the wine tasting good fun with very good wine and u learn a lot! The breakfasts are fantastic with lovely sausages. Keri Beach is a pretty place nice beach with sunbeds from the hotel available, some good restaurants and shops to cover most things. We hired a boat - great fun even for novices. Refurbished rooms really nice fabulous bed, wonderful view over the valley, baby birds in the nest over our door, beautiful butterflies and comical little lizards! Michael the manager is very 'hands on' and a great bloke to chat to. Would I go back......in a heartbeat! Just a quick thing, we went with Jet 2, brilliant service will travel with them again.

Best holiday we have ever had ,All round could not have been beer. Rooms were very good .food was great staff could not have been more helpful, will be going back this year or 2017-.the price for all inclusive was great

Michalis and his team at Keri Village pulled out all the stops to make our stay most memorable and relaxing. Wonderfully different from most beachside all-inclusives; there was no scrum at mealtimes, bar service was great, there was a sunbed for everyone, food was excellent and everything was delivered with a smile.
