Dollas Apartments

Beds rock hard. Not comfortable. We had no water at one point and then freezing water to shower in and do dishes. Rooms are very dated.

Stayed here for a week in June 2024 and found this hotel to be an ideal location for older couples, nice staff, nice quiet pool and lovely surroundings with plenty sun loungers, a little bit of a walk to the main Kalamaki strip but walkable in 20 minutes. Small supermarket nearby is ideal and lovely Michaelos restaurant is only a 5 minute walk away. Room (we were in room 118) could be doing with and little update but would stay here again without any doubt. Thanks to all the staff Diane and Luke and the young lady behind the bar for making us welcome.

The hotel is very nice. Owners are trying to keep on top with everything. Rooms are cleaned every other day. Kitchen equiped in basic things like electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer. Beds a bit hard but everyone likes different things and I like soft bed. Big balconies, lovely clean pool and pool area. Aircon paid for. Hotel located in a very quiet area 10 mins walking from main strip and around 15 mins from the beach. I would recommend it to families with kids as well as to couples or group of friends. Very lovely and helpful staff.

Lovely hotel with pleasant, approachable, knowledgable staff. Situated about 15 minutes from the strip. Quiet, clean and ideal for myself, my partner and 81 year old dad. All problems where solved in a timely manner. Would recommend highly a stay. For the price we payed excellent.

Good hotel in a superb location by the beach, adjacent to Nice Old Town. Breakfast very good, superb attentive members of staff. 15 mins walk to the train station with links to Antibes, Monaco and Manton. Castle Hill, Nice Old Town, Nice Port, Matisse Museum, Russian Orthodox Cathedral, flower and antique market.

Very relaxed and friendly place, clean and tidy. Room basic but adequate. Only drawback was the location which is way out and a car is needed. Dangerous walking back from town at night as no pavements or lighting. Torch required. However, we had a wonderful time and this did not spoil our holiday.

2nd year we have been to the luvly Dollas Hotel and won't be the last, Debbie Timi an Nora can't do enough, just love this family Hotel, rooms cleaned every day pool area spotless great food cooked to perfection by Nora luv luv it x

The family who run the hotel are very nice keep hotel and pool area nice. Now for the rooms we had a studio for 3 adults 2 single beds and a sofa bed that was very uncomfortable,we were here for 14 nights and by the end of it my back was breaking didn’t get very much sleep the first week with the heat and the noise had to pay for air conditioning so that I could get some sleep. Rooms don’t have enough cooking utensils we ate out everyday but hotel bar does have some nice food. The bathrooms are very compact shower is really small. We went in to kalamaki most days which is about 20 min walk usually got taxi back. Overall we had a good holiday just think could do with some updating.

Helpful friendly staff always attentive and the rooms were very nice, large and fitted out really well. If going self catering they could have had a few more utensils ( no cork screw in our room) otherwise fantastic stay

Stayed for a week in September, great room (2 bed apartment), good food for breakfast and lunch, nice pool and an easy walk to the main strip. Supermarket on-site was brilliant ... reasonable prices and lovely helpful man (Greg) running it

Lovely family run hotel. Spotlessly clean, good food. A 20 minute walk to town along a busy, unlit road, taxis 6 euros back from town safest when its dark! Greek night and BBQ on a Friday night was well worth it. Fab holiday, fab place and can't wait to go again x

We booked a last minute holiday and we were delighted with our accommodation,, the staff can't do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. The food is delicious too.Thank you once again Timmy, Nora & the Dollas gang.

Had a great week here 24th-31st August with the family great spacious 2 bedroom apartment with good facilities for self catering. Lovely food made by Nora all round good service not forgetting timmi. As for the walk yes it's not in the centre it's about a 15min walk and that was with 3 Kids! Just be aware your walking in a road as not many paths! This was the hotels only downfall for us really location, but wouldn't stop me going back! Kids loved it we loved it so all in all fantastic holiday! Thank you! Room 226 👍

Fairly basic hotel/apartments, but a good base for a holiday, with bus stop and taxis readily available to help you explore. The 2 bedroom apartments are adequate and regularly cleaned. The air conditioning was effective and worth 6 euros per day. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, as are the staff in the adjoining supermarket and the one further down the road.
