Elivi Resort is arranged across several unique areas, each offering a different atmosphere while sharing access to the coastline. Set among pine forests, gardens and gently rising hillsides, the resort is designed to blend seamlessly into its natural surroundings while providing a relaxed and refined holiday experience.
Xenia Area – Central location within the resort
Xenia Hotel is the main building of the resort, set amidst pine forests and offering comfortable accommodation designed for restful stays. Its central position makes it a convenient base, with straightforward access across the resort and to the surrounding coastal areas.
Grace Area – Elevated setting with calm atmosphere
Amphitheatrically built in an elevated position, Elivi Grace enjoys a peaceful setting within the resort. The design makes the most of natural light and surroundings, while remaining well connected to other resort areas and facilities.
Nest Area - Nature, space & laid-back seclusion
The Nest area is spread across two settings, both surrounded by lush greenery and landscaped gardens. Nest Grove offers accommodation integrated into a natural garden environment, while Nest Infinity is positioned higher within the resort, providing a more secluded and tranquil stay, set slightly apart from the main resort hub.

- An infant is a child under 24 months and must be under 24 months on the return date of travel.
- Discount will automatically be applied at the time of booking.

- If dates are changed by the customer after the promotional period, or changes are made to the flight/holiday dates outside the promotional period, or the infant turns 2 prior to the return date of travel, the discount will no longer apply.

Free Child Places are subject to availability and are only applicable on selected accommodation / departure dates / departure points / room types and board basis. Free Child Places may be added or withdrawn at any time prior to booking and the latest availability will be shown prior to booking.
The basic flight fare (including all taxes and non-optional charges), one piece of check-in baggage, accommodation and coach transfers if stated form the ‘FREE’ element of the price. All other ancillary charges on the flight or during the holiday, such as extra legroom and in-flight meals, room upgrades, and optional meal arrangements, and for villas, pool heating, shall be chargeable. Please note, transfers are not included within a Jet2CityBreaks booking.
One Free Child Place is available when there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price. There can only be one Free Child Place per room, or per villa, on the booking. With the exception of villa products, multiple Free Child Places can be booked as long as there are at least 2 passengers paying the full price per child place, each Free Child Place is assigned into a different room and there is availability of Free Child Places. Where a party consists of one adult and two children, one child will be charged the full price applicable to their age and the other child will receive the Free Child Place.
The child age where a Free Child Place would be applicable is displayed on the accommodation description page of the brochure and on our website. The child age on the date of return must not exceed the specified age to be applicable to a Free Child Place.
The full deposit must be paid for the Free Child Place and the deposit will be deducted from the final holiday invoice. This will be displayed at time of booking. If you cancel your holiday there will be a £60 charge payable in respect of the child, in addition to any charges set out in clause 5 of our terms and conditions.
Free Child Places cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers, unless otherwise stated.
