Princess Andriana Resort & Spa

We stayed here as a family of five and had a deluxe room and a side sea view room. Disappointed with the side sea view room as it mostly looked into a side road and you had to hang over your balcony and look left to catch a glimpse of the sea. Rooms were very clean and well kept. Food was delicious as we enjoyed the main restaurant and Medallion. We went to the burger restaurant but it did just feel like the snack bar at night. Pool area was clean but the sun beds are really uncomfortable as you can’t adjust the seating position. Never had a problem getting a sun bed as long as they were reserved before 8am. Lobby bar was lovely and Nikos very attentive. Staff on reception helpful. We liked the location and easily went in the bus to Lindos and Pefkos. Beach is pebbly but well kept. It was way too hot for us to sit on the sinners at the beach and we literally just popped down and went in the sea and couple of afternoons. Hired a private hire boat for four hours from there which was nice. Having previously stayed in other 5 star hotels, I would rate this more 4 star as it lacked some of the extras we have had previously but we would book again if the price was right.

Beautiful hotel and staff so helpful with a very special call to Ariana and her daughter Maria who work in the food hall they were always so helpful and attentive and always smiling _ Ariana really needs to be given a more senior she is so well organised and helpful really you need to promote her as on the day she wasn’t there you really noticed the difference .. Be careful around the pool the tiles when wet are very slippery and saw few people go over they need to address this b4 is badly hurt

Had a 7 night break at Princess Andriana mid June and would highly recommend it, we had a late check in and were made to feel so welcome by Andreas who helped us to our room. We had a shared pool family suite which was great as the main pool does get busy but twice we went there and both times there were loungers available. Couldn’t fault the food I have 2 fussy eaters and both managed to find stuff they liked. The reception bar has the best cocktails at the hotel, it is well worth booking the a la carte restaurants even if just for a change of scenery I did this at reception and had no issues. The hotel itself is a bit out of the way but we found shops and a bar just down the road the bus is regular if you want to sight see, the beach was nice but lots of pebbles so is a bit hard on the feet. The entertainment team were good and are happy to give advice on entertainment for the kids. The Grecian massage is also worth trying if you can.

We spent a week here in may and can not find a single fault! We're already looking to book for next year again. The food is delicious with plenty of selection. Every member of staff was happy to help with any issues and the entertainment team kept us entertained day to night.

My partner and I stayed the first week in June 2022 and we were not disappointed. The hotel is gorgeous, food was brilliant & pool facilities and entertainment was 10/10. Couldn’t recommend more & will be back!

We are a young family in mid twenties with a 6month old baby. We stayed here for a week in June, it was a brilliant stay. The hotel is friendly, functional and ideally suited on the beach. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and keen to help. only criticism is when we arrived our room smelt of smoke, i asked for us to be moved due to us having the baby and not wanting to breathe in smoke all night, we were told the hotel was full. when i questioned this, i was asked to open the windows and a can of air freshener was delivered for us to spray ourselves to mask the smoke? This was our first experience in the hotel and I was worried it would reflect the rest of our stay but luckily it didn't. The pool is lively and loud, we preferred by the beach daily which is much quieter and always accessible for a sunbed. Food was great, I was worried it would be a bit greasy, but there were plenty of fresh fish options, salad options and fresh vegetables. I would 100% stay here again. If you're travelling with jet2, the coach trip takes about 2 hours which does feel long, but we didnt want to travel with a car seat so wouldnt take a taxi. I was not bored by the end of the first week, there was always plenty to do and I returned home rested and very pleased with our holiday.

Fantastic weeks holiday. Great food and service especially at the pool bar. Moonlight restaurant excellent.room with private pool was well worth the extra money. Organised a private transfer (75 Euros) but would recommend.

This is a fabulous all inclusive hotel, excellent service from all staff. The food in the main buffet restaurant is lovely. Depending on your length of stay you have the option to book into there onsite restaurants.The Moonlight was my favourite, you just need to pay for drinks in this restaurant. There's a great fitness programme with lots of activities including Yoga and Pilates. For those who like to get out and about the local buses are very reliable. There was something for all family members.

This hotel is absolutely FANTASTIC. We were greeted with reception staff who welcomed us and checked us in very quickly. We were escorted to our room with staff taking our luggage starting the holiday off in luxury. We arrived past midnight, sandwiches were provided. Sadly the sandwiches were no good as they had been sitting out for too long. The mini bar was fully stocked with juices and water, which was restocked every other day, which was fantastic (it states on the website that there is a "local charge" for the mini bar within the room but at check out, we were pleasantly surprised to not be charged). We had selected a room with a sea view and the view was absolutely beautiful. Every single room was large, spacious and very modern. The bathroom was also spacious and modern, noting the shower had PERFECT water pressure which is always good! The main buffet was fantastic. Staff were at hand to help in any way required. Plenty of tables inside and outside for your choice. The choice of food availalbe is absolutely amazing. The food is always cooked fresh. The floor staff are quick to clean tables and set them up for the ext party so you shouldn't struggle for a seat. There is also a microwave for baby food. There is a lowered food section for children to access but a lot of the food is suitable for everyone. This hotel seemed mostly wheelchair friendly, you may have to go a longer route to get to where you are going but there are lots of alternatives from the stairs. The pool can only be accessed from stairs and is generally quite deep from the get go which is a shame. In the buffet I seen one wheelchair user who was accompanied by a member of staff for mobilising around the buffet or collecting their food if required. The pool was very clean and maintained well. The child pool had a built in cover which gave piece of mind to stop children burning. Around the pool was very slippy so BE CAREFUL. TV channels were limited for english speakers - only the news. We had a late checkout so decided to book a complimenatary room which had two showers and plenty towels - only issue was the room had no air conditioning so was unbaerably hot - reception made aware. Everything bar the sandwiches, slippy poolside, poor TV programme selection and hot shower room was fantastic. Staff 5*, hotel minus little issues 5*.

Almost everything was exceptional. Only let down, for a 5 star hotel, was the lack of nightly, live entertainment from visiting artists, such as musicians or singers. The entertainment team were great during the day and did their best at night but it needed something extra.

Fabulous hotel, from the cleaners to the reception staff everyone did a brilliant job. The restaurant was amazing and run with excellent professionalism, a perfect relaxed holiday where you felt nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Will return soon.

Just spent seven days at Princess Andriana hotel in Kiotari, Rhodes. Must be one of the nicest hotels on the island.Fabulous accommodation, amenities, location, food and atmosphere.All this was enough, but add the friendliest, most helpful staff ever, and you are close to perfection.!
