Mediterranean Beach Hotel

First time visiting Limassol and first stay at this hotel. Arrived at the hotel on a late flight early hours and was welcomed by two porters who happily took our cases to our rooms. The hotel doesn't look much from the outside but is certainly beautiful on the inside. Facilities are great, Spa/gym etc. Outside pool has plenty of beds along with your own towels which are replaced daily. Drinks and snack service around the pool if you don't want to go to the pool bar along with a swim up bar. Cocktails are great! Bit pricey but then hasn't everything gone up in price!. Lots of sunbeds to choose from around the pools, garden area to sunbath and the beach. Food around the pool is lovely, however the beach restaurant is a must visit, plenty of selections from English to Greek cuisine. We went for a family wedding and visited a nearby 5* and thought the Mediterranean Beach was far better with a nicer feel to the place along with friendly staff and facilities. Think its not a 5* as all inclusive not offered. Couple of indoor bars to choose from. Entertainment on every night. Buffett restaurant had a good selection of food for everyone. Themed nights every night. Prosecco at breakfast, what's not to like! I Next visit I would book at sea/pool view room. We were at the front of the hotel which in effect is at the back of the pool area etc and on a busy road which can get noisy but you get used to it. Outside of the hotel needs a bit of exploring as you are out of the main marina area but only a 20 minute taxi for around 15 euro one way. Taxi station on hotel grounds. Good range to bars/shops/pharmacy in walking distance. Nice walk along the beachfront to explore other restaurants. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

My wife and I have stayed in numerous hotels all over the world and we found the staff at the Mediterranean Beach Hotel to be the friendliest , most helpful , and efficient staff we have ever met , nothing was too much trouble for them , they made our holiday that much better .

Great hotel but beware the expensive drinks, we went full board and this didn't include any drinks, not even soft drinks for the kids, we ended up with a bill for 440 euros after a week and that was only eating at the hotel 5 days as we had a full day away. Our family room was just a double room with 2 sofa beds which meant it was a bit cramped and didn't suit us having a 2 and 6 year old. The hotel is clean and well run and the staff are very friendly, we had a minor altercation with one waitress after waiting 20 mins for drink and asking where it is was told that she hadn't even had a toilet break and will get to us as soon as she can?? Overall though it was a good hotel and as long as you don't mind spending a bit on the expensive drinks when your there, you will have a good time.

Returned 6th July in the middle of heat wave two problems 1) too near the main road so we could not open the windows at night because of traffic noise, 2) If you have trouble walking their are too many steps in the hotel grounds, other wise hotel and staff are great and very helpful and friendly, The waiter in the Blue Bar (FLORIN) went out of his way too make sure you were relaxed and enjoying the evening

We love this hotel on the beach they also have three evening restaurants as well as a kiddies play area attended by a member of staff and a kiddies pool. The mangers and staff are all friendly and can't do enough to help you. There is a bus stop outside the hotel which takes you along the sea front of Limassol very handy. They also have a few bars in the hotel.

Great hotel with very friendly staff, good location and great view of the Med. A nice walkway goes right past the hotel on the beach side and you can walk for several miles. Grounds are laid out well with plenty of sun loungers'

Having stayed at the Med Beach quite a few times this time was just a good. Staff very friendly and remembered us from last visit. Hotel clean as always, Food excellent. Could not fault anything. Hopefully to return later in the year
