Louis St. Elias Resort

What an amazing hotel/holiday from start to finish. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. A special mention to assistant manager Flouris he was there all day everyday making sure we received the best service, nothing was ever too much. Food and waiters were also amazing! Bar staff were equally as amazing! Another mention to Atef for making the biggest and best strawberry daiquiris I’ve ever had!! Although it’s a kids hotel the adult area was tranquil lying in the sun with only the noise of water and birds tweeting. Me and my husband can’t wait to go back!!

I have been taking my grandchildren on holiday for 5 years now. Parents are banned. They are 8 and 11. Picking a destination and resort can be tricky. It must have everything my grandchildren want to do and St Elias didn't disappoint. The pool, restaurant and entertainment were all good. There were plenty of excursions as well and we took advantage of many. The only complaint I had and it was a small one was the 2nd bed in the suite was a small fold up bed which was extremely uncomfortable but as soon as I spoke to the lovely lady at reception she had the cleaner make up the sofa bed. Much more comfortable. The staff were excellent and went the extra mile and our Jet2 rep was very helpful. If I get the chance I would come back.

Every aspect of this hotel was excellent from start to finish. Facilities were perfect for adults and children, Apartments were spacious and well equipped. Food was excellent with lots of choice. Staff were really friendly and professional. Could not fault anything at all.

First time ever doing a Trip Advisor review but i felt i had to after the fantastic stay we had at St Elias Resort Cyprus. From the moment we arrived we knew we had made a good choice as we were greeted in the reception by a lovely staff member who made the whole check in process quick and easy (she also handed us a lovely glass of chilled fizz to start our stay which was much appreciated after the journey!). From there we were taken to our spacious 2 bedroom accommodation which was lovely and immaculately clean. The staff come in every day to service the rooms and make sure your fridge is always stocked with fresh bottled water. In fact, there is fresh bottled water located in fridges all round the resort so you never have to worry about buying bottled water as it is just part of the package. During our stay we ate in both restaurants and found the food to be fantastic. We are a family of 5 with 3 young children and they all loved the food on offer, plenty of choice and lots of different themes. Also, If you are going off site the staff will make you a packed lunch to take with you which is great for trips to the beach or boat trips etc. The main family pool wiith the slides was a firm favourite of ours and kept us all happy for many a day. We never strugged to find sunbeds and the bar staff make all drinks from scratch from the cocktails to the slushies, blending each one to order, no pre mixed drinks here! Also, the premium brand spirits are part of the all inclusive package and the beers on tap are brands such as Estrella. What really made our trip however was the wonderful staff across the resort all of whom couldnt do enough for you. The entertainment staff in particular kept things fun for the kids and adults alike arranging fun games in the pool / by the poolside in the mornings and afternoons, as well as yoga and aqua gym, and putting on shows in the evening. We would definitely recommend St Elias resort and would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in Cyprus.

We have just returned from a week long holiday at this fabulous resort and would most definitely recommend it. We were two adults accompanied by our kids (3 and 1) and found it to be an excellent choice. The food options were different everyday and delicious. The facilities including the pools, spa, kids club and entertainment kept us busy all week. The entertainers were friendly and approachable and my daughter really enjoyed spending time with them particularly Amber, Rebecca and Siddy - thank you for making it special for her. The place was spotless and well maintained. Most of the guests were friendly and in good spirits which is a testament to how much they were enjoying themselves. Final shout out to Stamatia on reception who was very sweet and really went out of her way to help us and make us feel welcome. All in all, a really nice hotel with even better staff.

Fantastic hotel and location, food better than 1st class that’s why we came back this year staff great and young son loved the night entertainment. Great for families pools lovely rooms cleaned everyday. Perfect
