Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel

Short drive from the airport this hotel is situated with fabulous views and right on the beach. Very friendly staff and extremely clean. Good choice for breakfast didn't book evening meals but plenty restaurants nearby. Took a boat trip to Dubrovnik a few hundred yards from sea front. We will definitely be back.

Based on this holiday Croatia does not seem to be customer or tourist friendly. The food everywhere was terrible , service was atrocious, on several occasions in different restaurants and cafes I had to go to the staff to ask for a second drink or to order. The people were not friendly and seemed to be basing their service levels on the visitors from cruise ships who would never be back. Everyone we spoke to in the hotel had the same experience. One of friends was charged €5 for water for her whisky. Dubrovnik was overcrowded and not a pleasant place to visit. The hotel location was great , that would have been the only positive in the worst holiday we have ever had.

We spent a week here in April 2022. The staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely with great choices. The hotel is near the coast (pebble beach) and within walking distance of public transport. The facilities were fab, the spa was spacious and a lovely indoor pool. There was an outdoor pool and tennis courts (which have a charge) . We would stay again . The hotel room was clean and spacious.

From start to finish of our holiday, we had a great time. The cleanliness throughout the building was wonderful. Staff were polite, pleasant and helpful. Our room was brilliant and we had a wonderful view of the pool and the coastline. Hotel was quiet. Our bed was so comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good and plenty of choice.

Too early in the season. Much work being carried out on the ‘resort ‘ which did impact our holiday. No shade provided around the pool-even after requesting.Poor catering with little choice & additional eateries not yet open

Lovely hotel, in a picturesque location, in a small bay, with plenty of small bars nearby. The hotel is immaculate and the staff hard working and friendly. The rooms are a good size, well decorated and have been extremely well soundproofed. The beds and pillows are fantastically comfy. The bathroom is a good size with double sinks, bath and walk in shower which is the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Pool is a good size, never feeling too busy. Sunbeds are plentiful. Nobody was rushing out first thing to reserve a sunbed. The only downside to this hotel is the food. Out of 7 nights I would say three we struggled for something nice to eat. It’s all very much the same every night and extremely salty. When we return we will probably book bed and breakfast. On the whole we had a lovely time. We lloved Croatia and this hotel and looking forward to going back.

This is a lovely hotel about 10 km from Dubrovnik old town. It sits on the shore in a very small village. The hotel is very modern, clean and has very helpful and pleasant staff. This was our second holiday at the Sheraton and we always book half board as there are very few restaurants nearby. The food is good and varied but could be hotter! We hope to return.

The Hotel is in a good position. The facilities and rooms are excellent. Large comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning. Good local bus and boat services. Bus 20 kuna (£2.00) to Cavtat. Local boat to Cavtat or Dubrovnic 100 kuna return. Pleasant seaside pine walk to nearby Mlini town. Only problem was poor food at Hotel. Cold plates only for, at best, lukewarm overcooked food.

Excellent position next to pebbly beach with glorious views front and back. Easy access to Dubrovnik Old Town by bus or water taxi (bus much cheaper!) Approx 15 minute journey. Dining room never busy despite hotel being full. No queueing even at breakfast. Staff unbelievably pleasant and helpful. It is the best hotel at which we have stayed at by a mile. First time that we have never had a probl4em getting a sun bed at any time of the day.. These were high quality and very comfortable. Likewise the beds in our room. the most comfotable I have ever slept on - I wish that I could have taken it home. Ideal for couples - probably less so for families with children as there didn't seem to be much for them to do

The Sheraton Riviera is a fairly new hotel that lives up to its 5 start rating, the staff are so helpful. The room was great with an amazing view over the harbor and the rest of the facilities didn't disappoint. A special mention should go to Ivica Bakovic who was so friendly and informative throughout our stay, he really should be complemented on his customer service skills.It would have been nice to have had more service for drinks and food when sitting around the pool but I would strongly recommend staying at this hotel

Hotel was fantastic with friendly staff throughout all areas, gorgeous spacious rooms and very clean throughout. The pool area was great with plenty sun beds available at the pool and on the beach. There was a good selection at breakfast which was regularly replenished. We did not eat out in the restaurant for dinner but there were a number of nice restaurants nearby along the promenade. It is very easy to get to Dubrovnik old town from this location also by the bus or water taxi.

Can't praise this hotel enough.Ample breakfast buffet,lovely large sea view room,great poolside bar service and a beautiful location.Scenic 15 minute walk into neighbouring Mlini ....15 minutes from Airport.
